I think you are right about a lot of IR porn. I've been looking at Blacked though and the formula seems to be Glamorous White (or Asian) Girl + Black Guy with Enormous Penis + High Production Values + Generic Porn Plot and Action. There really doesn’t have to be any explicit racism to the content itself. It’s more like the audience is kind of racist… if there is no racism to it, then you’d imagine that “bleached” or “mole’d” or “mustarded” or “tomato’ed” content would be popular in approximately equal proportions.

LOL, I'm definitely not an expert on the various Vixen Media Group channels, but the clips are all over every porn site, so it's hard to miss Blacked/BlackedRaw. As for the upmarket/neutral way it's presented, I did find some articles after posting this thread about racism in porn, and you're not wrong to say that's part of their success.
