Should Karen Bass resign?

I trust juries in general, it’s the judge that led them to a conviction. That not my opinion, that’s the opinion of legal experts.
The only legal experts that mattered were holding a gavel and sitting in a jury box. The rest is your wishes and hopes.

It's not my fault that you're a traitor who doesn't trust a jury of 12 of his peers who convicted him of felonies.

Appellate courts overturn jury convictions all the time.

Or didn't you, with all your worldly expertise on all things Trump and the law, know that?

This is totally irrelevant to this conversation. Typical of you and the MAGAt masses.
You mean political hack that mattered.
12 "political hacks" came to the same conclusion. That's no small feat, traitor.

That's like getting swept in the playoffs and saying it was a hard fought battle.

That's the question, isn't it?

Perhaps you can enlighten us on the issue.
Donald Trump was convicted of falsifying business records to hide his payoff to Stormy Daniels. Ironically if he’d just written her a personal check, it would have been perfectly legal.

But he was so ashamed about being forced to pay her hush money that he broke the law to conceal it.

They were led to a conclusion by a political hack.

Lol, yup it's totally not relevant when the appellate courts overturn convictions and set "felons" free because the trial was a farce...

I wonder how many people who have been freed from death row after their convictions were overturned agree with you.

Which is a misdemeanor.

NDAs are legal, NDAs paid by an attorney on retainer are legal. Falsifying business records in this case were misdemeanors.

It's not our fault that you're a cult member.

Yup, I agree that you believe it's totally irrelevant that appeals courts overturn wrongful convictions all the time.

I'm more of an American than your hapless genetics will produce
😅🙄
The bottom line is you don't understand the subject matter you comment on.
I'm the one agreeing with my fellow Americans that trump is a convicted felon. This is an undeniable truth. Traitors make excuses about appeals didn't believe in the American way or our justice system.

Keep digging 😁. Lots of things "happen all the time" that are not relevant to other things that happen all the time.

My goodness, you really can't help yourself.

Yup, I agree, lots of things "happen all the time."

You trying to throw shade on reality doesn't change that.

You're in denial of facts. Very unbecoming of a lawyer.

What facts? The ones where I agree with you that "things happen all the time?"

Or the facts where you ignore reality in the hopes that your blind adherence to teh narrative will somehow overcome the truth?

Pick something specific so we can point and laugh at you later.

Donald J Trump is a convicted felon.

Do you agree with this fact or not?

Rightguide and icant finally wised up and stopped trying.

I already agreed with you. Trump is a convicted felon.

MY only question is what are you going to say/do if/when those convictions are overturned?

Because "things happen all the time" and if those "things" happen again in this case, your entire world of hate crashes and burns.

You're in denial of facts. Very unbecoming of a lawyer.
The fact that you're willing to accept the results of a sham trial says a lot about you. Unlike you Americans believe in justice not lawfare. That fact that Trump won the election is evidence of that.

It's almost as if he doesn't understand that what lawyers do is advocate for one side of the dispute at hand.

Many lawyers advocate on behalf of defendants who are convicted of horrible crimes. Sometimes they even win despite the weight of the government and the courts being against it. Yet even with those facts clearly evidence, some people would rather deny that reality, and would continue to call Trump a "convicted felon" even after a reversal (should one happen) while also refusing to call a death row convict a convicted man if he should be so lucky (because of the work of his lawyer) to have his sentence reviewed and the conviction reversed.

Basically, he's so twisted up in his TDS, he wants one standard just for
Trump and a different one for everyone else. Which makes his vision suspect and possibly a basis for a mental health evaluation.

Welp, we can't call Hunter a felon any more. No lefties crying in their beer over that. I wonder why? When winning at all cost supplants justice we're in trouble.

MY only question is what are you going to say/do if/when those convictions are overturned?
I will accept it because I am a patriot. Unlike you.
The fact that you're willing to accept the results of a sham trial says a lot about you.
That I trust my fellow Americans and our justice system? Yes, yes it does.
Unlike you Americans
Exactly. You're not one of us.
That fact that Trump won the election is evidence of that.
I suppose you think Nickleback is the greatest band ever because they won Grammys.

Irrelevant. I've only said that he's a convicted felon which is a fact. All you've done is skirted around that fact, made excuses, and pray for a reversal on appeal. Me simply stating facts triggered you, ican't, and Rightguide so damn hard it's hilarious.

He is a convitcted felon with a pardon. I don't know why you "can't" call him that.

Under da rulez of deh leff, he's still a convicted felon.
