No.... But only because I've never had a partner that wanted suspended....

I honestly stopped reading after you said "female rigger" .... But I'd say it's like anything else, you practice til you get comfortable, then you practice on a partner until they're comfortable, and then you practice together....
And when y'all are comfortable you keep communicating and practicing....
And with lots of communication and practices it could take 12 to 18 months...

I honestly don't know that I could put a time line on it....
I practiced harnesses on myself for a year prolly before I even shared with my partner that I wanted to do it with them....

And then after that we still practiced together on me.... Before we did it on him/her
