Sex & Shenanigans

I did it for an about a decade. And I did look and feel pretty good. But it was exhausting. Covid really killed my sense of commitment to too many things 🤣
A decade 😱😱 oh no. I can do a month at most at a time. 😂😂😂 I went three months once, and sure I felt great, but then Bread Week happened on GBBO and all bets were off! Dammit Paul Hollywood, always bringing me back

I had no choice, going into anaphylaxis nightly/daily was well no fun and covid was easier to get through in my opinion. And brought my love of cooking and what I purchase food wise.

It sucks when you gotta do what you gotta do.
It did at first.

Then it became, fun.

I want apples, during the fall, fun date day to go picking at an orchard. Bringing them home and turning them into an apple crisp or pie.

finding recipes to copycat places I can no longer enjoy but ingredients I can tolerate.

and my uncle next door to my parents had a garden the size big enough to feed a church. Okay so the zucchini the size of my arm was unusual but cut it up, but some spices on it and air fry well....how much more fresh can I get.

I did a 3 month elimination diet for my autoimmune issues, really trying to find a food trigger so I could avoid immunosuppressants…
It was like torture 🤣 sooooo many foods off limits.
I was I think equally excited and disappointed when it made no difference for me.

Yay! I love finding silver linings!

Aaaah, the elimination diet! I keep meaning to do, but I also just don't wanna 😂

Catching up.

I lived in the city of DC for awhile and we all walked to the grocery store in my neighborhood. There would still be runs on milk, eggs and toilet paper whenever an inch of snow was forecast.

Bread is a hint that the divine is real, and that Aphrodite wants us happy. That and boobs.
