A predatory businessman invites a promotion seeking subordinate + wife & 2 daughters for a day on his yatch

Then sends off the subordinate, back to dry land, to deal with a manufactured urgent work crisis, while insisting his women stay to enjoy the day.

The subordinate, ambitious and blind to inconvenient facts, thinks it is a generous offer. But it does not take long before his wife and daughters find themselves stranded and incomunicated at sea with a pushy host. Who silently backed by his strong and loyal crew and security, plies them with skimpy bikinis, heady drinks, and much more attention from him than they would ever want…

Obviously a menacingly dark NC/R story. I imagine the businessman as a sleek go getter 30yo, the subordinate a bookkeeping worm 50yo, his wife and daughters hot 40yo, 20yos respectively. At the climatic moment mother, who is POV, preemptively offering herself to businessman to spare daughters from the implied threat from the businessman. Then daughters preemptively offering themselves to businessman to spare mother from implied threat of being passed on to crew and security. Ultimately the businessman having his complete way with all three without having had to lift a finger or utter a word in actual coercion. Eventually returning the women with polite compliments to his seemingly clueless subordinate, who delights at his supervisor’s hint of a succesful promotion.

I can absolutely see a nice story here.
I would go the extra mile with the crew etc. as well. Gradually letting it get worse.
The Wife and daughters ready to do anything just to prevent the subordinate husband finding out what is happening.
The husband allmost finding out multiple times, but everytime the crew manages to steer him away just in time.
Like wife is sucking off the captain in the captains hut, husband has a question for the captain and heads there, but just before he gets there a crewmember intercepts him and tells him the captain can't be disturbed.
Husband entering the businessmans quarters, asking him if he has seen his wife. The business man telling him that he hasn't seen her. Only for wife to come out of the bathroom naked right after husband leaves.
And of course the classic, he talks to businessman who is sitting behind a desk, underneath the desk is one of the daughters sucking off business man.

In the evenings they could spike the husbands drink causing him to head off to bed early every evening. Giving the business man and the crew free reign on the 3 women.
At the end of the trip business man throws all their birth control overboard. Then he impregnates all 3 women, after getting rid of the birth control the rest of the crew is only allowed to use their mouths and ass's to make sure he is the one to knock them up.
After being back, a while later they of course discover the pregnancies, husband of course just thinks his wife's pregnancy is his and assumes his daughter's hooked up with a young cabin boy during their trip, never suspecting that his boss knocked up all the women in his family.

That is pretty much what came to mind for me.

Pretty good, but maybe a different take. I should have said the subordinate is sent off back to dry land. Thereby the women are left alone without him. The emphasis more the women’s growing noncon dilemma, than the subordinates clueless cuck one. I would emphasize the small gestures. the “generous” gifts of the bikinis. The “wish” they model for the businessman. The insistence they protect with oily lotion. That they rub each other. That he rub them. That creepy ongoing predation, till the reality of sexual possession can not be ignored…

I like the idea, could simmer at a slow burn for a long, long time, with ever more daring or insistent advances from the businessman. How long you draw that out is just a matter of how you want the non-con versus classic seduction. Could make for a pretty decent E/V story as well if you let it build long rather than force the issue.

Maybe the assistant comes back for a brief stop to report before they go full radio silence. He can remark on their skimpy bikinis and apparent lack of propriety, but be too fearful of his boss to say anything outright.
Could easily be an element of incest as well. Daughters sharing dreams about the handsome sailors they’ve been looking at and start with mutual masturbation only to decide they need more than that.
