It's very real. Not every woman does, or can. The volume varies from woman to woman. A friend's wife can gush enough and with enough force to cover several feet, but she's an exception. One woman I play with regularly can only squirt when all the stimulus is right, and a smallish quantity, maybe half a cup or less?
