Her entire office is DQ'd because "The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring. While we recognize that an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings."

Apparently the Left isn't taking it too well.

I am sure that her replacement will be more than eager to take up the cause where she left off. There is no appealing in any of this. From a layperson's point of view.

I just saw it: https://apnews.com/article/trump-fa...ment-removed-0aa6db3b7abed22eb08ed9323f687972

Georgia uses a "lottery system" to reassign a prosecution case where a DA is DQ'd. Most of the DA's who could catch the reassigned case, aren't in Blue Counties.

Which means a better/less politically biased jury pool if the case isn't dismissed.

Or a DA more interested in career than cause..., seems some minds are changing. People get tired of being Charlie Brown and Wile E. Coyote. More people tired of, "Who you gonna believe?"

So an ALL republican appeals court removed Fani from the case???

🤔

So this isn’t ACTUAL political “lawfare”???

🤔

Unlike you, I ascribe no motive as to why the appellate justices decided the issue the way they did. I merely reported that it happened.

Interestingly enough, I foretold this awhile back. Which, once again, vindicates my legal acumen and makes you look even more like the asshole you insist on being.

We told them this case was a bridge too far and wouldn't stand. We can take some solace from the rectal paroxysms and the resulting states of panic that are undoubtedly occurring in Buttersville and beyond. ;)

"After carefully considering the trial court’s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. "The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring."

"Accordingly, we reverse the trial court’s denial of the appellants’ motion to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. "As we conclude that the elected district attorney is wholly disqualified from this case, ‘the assistant district attorneys — whose only power to prosecute a case is derived from the constitutional authority of the district attorney who appointed them — have no authority to proceed,'""After carefully considering the trial court’s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. Derpy correctly “foretold” the obvious due to the court of appeals being comprised solely of partisan republican hacks.

😑

Also:

Lefty sphincters are certainly clenching in anticipation of the joyless butt fucking that's headed their way.

Legally, Fani's endeavor was a loser from the beginning. There was no way this case would ever be a successful RICO prosecution.

The impropriety of having an affair with a colleague disqualifies a person from being a prosecutor, but not from being President.

Aside from her innate incompetence, she did two things, she committed perjury and she suborned perjury.

Alvin Bragg suborned perjury, I'd love to see that charge prosecuted, you don't don't see that charge very often, as a layman.

I'd like to see Bragg and James disbarred. This was nothing but a political prosecution that will be thrown out by the Appeals Court when either Merchan rules or the Trump team brings a writ of Mandamus for denial of rights. As far as Fani goes, she may eventually be charged with embezzlement for using impounded funds to pay Nathan Wade.

The NY bar association are as much political hacks as James and Bragg.

Mark Levin presented a pretty good case for charging Bragg with subornation of perjury.

True, and I am sure they knew that. But they were hoping it would fool "some of the people some of the time." Thus still another election. She really is a whore.
