Cum to quickly is ok is she already got off. Not getting hard is always a downer. Whats even worse is losing an erection in the middle of things. Happened to me a few times because of medication i was on. Big ego let down for me and the misses.

I dont think the aim for hims.com or any other company that offers similar meds for men who suffer from premature ejaculation is for guys who make their partner cum and then cum themselves minutes later. I think its aimed at guys who cum in you know...a few strokes in/out.

Can't get hard. At least when one cums fast, there are ways to make it up to the partner.

I think cum too quickly would be more embarrassing.

I think every guy has had issues where can't get hard has come into play, I'm 37 and have been there, sometimes drinking too much makes that happen.

But cumming too quickly, like you said, after a few times in and out.. or even worse, before it even gets that far, could be truly embarrassing, especially if it was a first time with that partner.
