Let the Corruption begin. House GOP goes after Jan 6 investigators

What is so scary about investigating a violation of the law?

Can you name what laws were allegedly violated? Thus is the modern GOP. Go after the heroes who tried to find out the truth of what happened when insurrectionists invaded the Capitol.

Every single one of these who voted for this attack on our heroes is an enemy of the State and the Constitution.

Apparently witness tampering is one of the laws which was potentially violated. Suborning perjury is another. Destruction of evidence a third.

There are possible offenses of fraud, misuse of public funds/property, malfeasance, and corruption too.

To me it seems as if you're too enamored with the message the D's have put out. Perhaps that's because, rather than of looking at what actually happened, you'd prefer to promote a political preference of outcome instead of foster justice and truth.

You literally just started with, "apparently..." and then followed up with zero facts yet have the brain damage to say this?

Holy fucking shit. Who would not want a full investigation into what actually happened on Jan 6 besides America haters? The investigation presented numerous facts. And yet you America haters want to ignore any facts that make your fuhrer look bad.

Jesus fucking christ. Wake the fuck up onion-head.

The J6 committee investigated what happened and published a report. THERE'S your "full investigation." No hating going on at all.

BUT, a new committee began investigating the investigation and discovered that some on the prior committee possibly engaged in multiple crimes. At which point YOU suddenly discovered that "investigating things" is bad because your "heroes" weren't so "heroic" and quite possibly were criminals engaged in nefarious works. Which comes with your personal blessings because Trump.

So save us the bullshit. The J6 committee IS going to be investigated with an eye toward indictment and prosecution for criminal acts not covered by their Constitutional Immunity. PERSONALLY, I think this is a bad idea because it opens the door to more of the same in the future which will always be justified by partisanship by the majority in power at the time.

What I'd rather see is the committee make recommendations that those involved in the criminal acts be removed from their seats in Congress. This would require that the chamber hear a full reading of the evidence, including any defenses raised by those so accused, and then conduct a vote. This would be in keeping with the rules of each chamber and would rid us of those who do not deserve to represent the American public.

For those no longer seated in Congress, a stripping of their benefits/retirement/medical/etc. would be sufficient should the chamber vote them guilty of the offenses charged.

The amount of hyperbole and conflation is insane.

Somebody needs to investigate Derpy’s cranium to see if there is a brain in it.

I predict the investigation will find nothing…
