"Vacation" Rental

A married couple inherited a multimillion dollar house in Miami, right on the canal. The house, thankfully, is paid off, but the property taxes, and upkeep are a bit much. So, they decide to put it online as a Vrbo or AirBNB, but it is not getting booked often enough to break even. They really do not want to sell the house, so they get creative.

Renting it as a filming location to porn studios was good at first, but the studios do not want to keep using the same location over and over. Some of the porn stars, like Anya Olsen, Hazel Moore, Reyna Belle, and Elena Koshka, escort, and would like the option of a luxury home to work out of instead of a hotel, especially if they can "work something out" to offset the cost of the rental.

I like this idea, up to the porn star part. As a writer if I can't create an alluring or sexy female character, without invoking the name of a porn star, why even bother writing. That's my opinion.

So our AirBNB owners are watching TV one night when they spot a cable show called How to Build a Sex Room. Feeling a little frisky that night, they sit through a few episodes, and then retire for some sexy fun. As they lie there in the post-coital afterglow she says, "We should do that with Miami house."

I do not have a problem with the porn star idea. I believe getting in touch with the porn industry and interacting with porn stars holds a fascination for many.

And yes, interest for the house will run out, but until this happens, there can be a lot of fun.

To follow up, one could create the marketing idea of: Our house is in porn, want to rent it as a BnB? So you can fuck your wife in the same bed, that porn star xyz has used.

Have a gallery of the porn actors who filmed there. Have a library of the films....
Keep the fetish equipment used in the movies so people can re-enact scenes.

Then porn stars might want to have a home base when filming in Miami. So they keep coming back to relax and wind down.

Then of course the couple trying their own hand at porn. Both in front or behind the camera.

Well, also if you established a "business" relationship with pornstars that escort, you could message them that you and your wife are using the house from this day to that day, and the house currently isn't booked again for a week or so. I am sure the pornstar wouldn't mind "working something out" like an overnight for a four day weekend.

One hour with one client would easily cover airfare. Another would cover car rental and groceries. Any others would be pure profit. Also, nothing would stop them from filming/streaming their own content. A long weekend in Miami, without the cost of a hotel, would likely be very profitable for a pornstar or high end sex worker.

Nor I. I didn't mean to infer that I did. I just would not use a 'real' porn star. I'd create my own fictional one.
