Today will be fun. I have a team coming out to reroof my house.
I was asked by the so to stay home from work in case we have issues with our special needs son.
I am a bit nervous, but at the same time planning on just relaxing and watching how everything goes.

Yup a couple of lawn chairs. Pick teams it does sounds like a spectator sport. When they did mine it was interesting. And wow can they go fast.

Visited the doc today. The least positive descriptor he used was "normal'. A great visit.

Yes! The other morning I was in the middle of a dream, and apparently my hand was hanging over the edge of the bed. Dog wanted out, so put her ice cold wet nose on my hand. Talking about shooting awake! Lol.

Still better than pee on the floor, tho. So can't fault her for wanting out.

With a wake up like that, you're lucky you both weren't making a puddle this morning.

Yeah.... I don't know what is wrong with me.... my tolerance for stuff is low... esp with my coworkers. They are rewarded for being slackers and I am left with the crumbs.... but...Can't control it. Only option is new job and I dont want to do that either.... maybe it is the winter blues...meh we will see

It's good for a laugh. In Reality, it's way better than that. And I don't come home nights and drink myself to oblivion, either.

I can completely understand. I turned down a promotion because I didn’t want the headache. Now the guy who took the job is out for health issues and I find myself, again, filling in that seat. I’m also finding out he’s dropped the ball on a number of issues that are coming to bite me in the ass. 971 days can’t come soon enough.

Too late now but taking a deep breath helps. We would all be better people if we could be, they are probably in over their heads. I think working in engineering was easy because as long as something would work we were good. Nuts and bolts are easy IMHO.
