Well, I don't agree. I think anyone "at birth" can potentially be either gay or straight. Like I said, it's just a matter of how you develop.

I'm more on the "nuture" side of the debate. That does not mean instant "grooming." I feel the same way about heterosexuality.

One's sexuality goes through many stages of development influenced by many factors.

What I really disagree with it the OP's assertion that it's an obvious fact that people are born one way or the other. No, it's not.

No, it's just my opinion. But since when have peer reviewed scientific articles ever been the last say on how human sexuality works. No one "knows". People have been debating it forever.

What makes you think anyone would "develop" to be gay or trans given how much hate they can expect to have to live with as a result?

Did I say people choose how they develop? No, I didn't. Did I say people have control over who they end up attracted to? No.
It's not a conscious choice, but I don't think it's something encoded in the brain or dna from birth.

At least, that's what I think about gay people (and straighteys). Trans is another story, since being trans is not a sexuality.

I think it varies.

I was different from as early on as I can remember. I was going to be gay no matter what other influences came my way.

It doesn't always work out that way but that's neither here nor there when children are actively being taught how to be gay and trans.

Same thing that happens to develop there rest of a persons personality/sense of self/sexual nature.....our environment, the people who raise us and how.

You do understand that has an effect on development right??
