Update Forum Avatars In The Lit Control Panel

As we continue to unify the functions of the site and remove duplication, you are now able to update your forum avatar in the main Literotica User Control Panel.

Once your avatar is run through moderation, it should appear on both the main site and here in the forum.

We had an issue with avatar cropping that we're working on today, so please let us know if you have any issues uploading a new avatar.
