Happy Tuesday!!! I had to double-check. Slept okay. Three days left in this work-week. I think that, if I woke earlier, I'd cook dinner for tonight while doing the morning meditations and ablutions. But I didn't. No matter.


The landlady started her new job yesterday. It'll be busy, but it's good money and she can do it. And she'll be by herself. Here's hoping that it works out for her.


Like coffee is working out for me . . . .

Happy Wednesday!!! Slept adequately. Looks like the rain starts here in a little while and then hangs around with us for the best part of 36 hours. Joy!!! It has been kinda dry for the Spring bit, but it was soggy for the preceding month. Meh, that's what they make waterproof boots for.


I think that I get a wheel visit today. Just the one, I hope. There be scheduling on tap.

Happy Thursday!!! We be trippin' tonight after work. Slept okay. Got that damned kitten's box out and the Grilcat is giving it a thorough going over. Then she looks over at me from time to time as if to ask if there is something that I'm not telling her. I have told her all week. Now it's the old cat. I should do this every morning.


The boss was happy. The schedule is good. The work looks thorough.

Happy Sunday!!! Happy Easter, too, for those who care. Coffee is doing coffee things, and the horses will get breakfast here in a little bit. The windows have been open all night, and I have always thought that the first time that happens is significant. It may be a few more days before that happens Back East. Damned glad to have that last anvil unloaded. I thought that might be worse than it was. It wasn't. Of course, one of the chains is stuck, so I reckon we'll retrieve that when was have the carcass removed for scrap. We have an auto recycler near here. He's the guy who facilitated our buying that piece of dirt over there.
