I mean, is anyone worried about his shit?

Of course. That’s why my entire family (we are all dual citizens) are looking to leave the US and move to Canada. The US is finished.

The fringe American right embraces ignorance and intolerance while wrapping themselves in the flag and calling it freedom. What more is there to say?
I wish they were the fringe but more and more it looks like the majority of Americans are fucking worthless assholes who should be used for dog food and medical experiments. Fuck this shit hole and everyone in it!

Well, the more something becomes unraveled the more of it becomes “fringe”.

I put three young men into this world who are all successful and very tolerant. Not everyone in the US is fucked in the head.

If you believe this story, you also believe that Joe Biden is doing a wonderful job as President.
You probably believe there are more than two genders and men can get pregnant. You might even believe that guns can be violent and gun free zones are safe from crazy people with guns wanting to kill people?
Should I keep listing all the other ridiculous stories that people believe? Maybe I'll add some that makes fun of the Right just to keep it fair. ... how weird. I can't think of anything that is so stupid that Right conservatives lie about and their followers blindly and brainlessly just believe without questioning its validity. Probably because I am neither Right or Left and I don't believe anything the media reports about.

Gay is catchy - be careful how you post, there's dicks everywhere

Anti-LGBTQ activist Ethan Schmidt-Crockett arrested by DPS on Mesa warrant

Sam Burdette | Arizona Republic

The Department of Public Safety arrested Ethan Schmidt-Crockett, an anti-mask and anti-LGBTQ activist, on Saturday, June 11, for his failure to appear in court.

DPS identified Schmidt-Crockett during a traffic stop near the Arizona Capitol, said DPS media relations specialist Bart Graves. He was later turned in to Mesa Police Department custody.

The Mesa Police Department issued a warrant for Schmidt-Crockett’s arrest after he failed to appear for a scheduled court date on June 6, according to Mesa Municipal Court records. According to a court official, the June 6 hearing was regarding a charge against Schmidt-Crockett for "failure to comply with the law."

Anti-LGBTQ+ Right-Winger Demands PetSmart Take Down Pride Flag

Ethan Schmidt-Crockett, who made headlines in May for his threats against the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, is now taking his “advocacy” to PetSmart.
The right-wing anti-vaxxer formerly shared in a video that he was going to “make massive scenes” in various stores – like Target and Sunny's Hair and Wigs – to ensure that “corporate” does not “poison the children.”
"If you support the LGBT agenda, you're not safe," he previously said.
Now, enforcing his “beliefs” on the land of pets, in a clip shared by Patriot Takes, Schmidt demanded that a PetSmart employee take down the Pride flag as it “supports pedophilia and child sexualization.”
The employee called a manager to the front, who assured him that they weren't going to take it down.
“We are supportive of LGBTQ+ people here,” he said.
“The real rainbow is from God,” Scmhidt-Crockett declared in the video, which has amassed over two million views. “That’s the rainbow of Satan.”

At various points in the past two years, Schmidt has reportedly dabbled in anti-Semitism, anti-Blackness and support of explicit white nationalists, all while racking up bans from social media platforms and crowdfunding platforms for a range of speech and activities, including allegedly assaulting people and trespassing in order to assert his anti-mask rights as well as getting banned from the Arizona Capitol earlier this year after reportedly harassing a Democrat with slurs and throwing Nazi salutes in its halls.

He’s called on his handful of supporters to pull similar stunts by confronting people themselves and recording the interactions, as he did at an LGBTQ-friendly church in Phoenix in early April.

Kari Lake, the Arizona gubernatorial candidate recently endorsed by former President Donald Trump, has embraced fringe far-right figures in her campaign events, including publicly thanking a Nazi sympathizer for his support and appearing with figures linked to the QAnon conspiracy, a CNN KFile review of her appearances has found.

At a campaign event in late August, Lake posed for a photo and video with far-right personalities Ethan Schmidt-Crockett, the founder of the AntiMaskersClub, who harassed a store specializing in wigs for cancer patients this summer because it required customers to wear masks, and Greyson Arnold, a Nazi sympathizer who has a history of making White nationalist, racist, antisemitic and pro-Nazi statements, including once calling Adolf Hitler “a complicated historical figure which many people misunderstand.”

... ya know, just your regular Arizona dudes out enjoying their amendment rights.

The thing is that Schmidt is a nutjob but you don't have to look far to find people who do endorse him. Or you could look at possibly the next POTUS and then you can realise Schmidt isn't way-out-there crazy - he's MAGA mainstream.

I'm as mad as hell that there isn't more said about here at Lit and everyone's thinking it won't come to fruition... just like everyone laughed at Trump

There are a lot of right wing nut jobs on Lit. I have over 500 of these assholes on ignore including the fucking fruitcake who posted above.

It is amazing how much narcissistic, elitist leftists and narcissistic, totalitarian right wingers sound like each other... they all know what's best for everyone else, and we would all understand that if we just listen to their brilliance. Unfortunately, too many people are in the habit of projecting the fringe views of minority extremists onto everyone on the other side of the political spectrum. Not every liberal thinks that the unvaccinated should be separated from society to mitigate the spread of Covid (I am mainly liberal, and I sure don't believe that), and not every conservative thinks that LGBTQ folks (which includes me) should be separated from society to mitigate whatever harm they think we might cause. Hell, I have several otherwise conservative friends who support LGBTQ rights; and I myself am not always on board with some of the expansive government policies of the true progressives. In my experience, most people are much more complex in their beliefs and the application of those beliefs than the rabid outliers would make us expect.

Ethan is a pussy who goes after people that can't fight for themselves. One of these days he's going to harass somebody who's going to pop him in the face.

This is the guy who has gone on record saying he has harassed cancer patients.

They aren't the majority. They are just really really loud.

My point for making an incendiary post was to be provocative and maybe get the majority of the majorities in the LGBT world off their asses and speak up, vote up, riled up and kick these Mf*ckers back to the gutter where they belong. Those 'just a minority' anti-LGBTers are in power because the majority voted them there.
I hope it’s not just the LGBT community who takes action.

From my perspective, people have every right to be as judgmental and ugly as they want to be, as long as they own it- no hiding in anonymity. But I wish Christian voices would step up and get this kind of shit shouted down. You can view sin, however you want and ultimately that’s between you as and your deity (assuming you have one, because deity and sin go together). But, if you’re Christian, Christ calls us to love one another, to care for one another. So, you can disagree with someone’s practices, but you’re called to love them. Anything else is simply hypocrisy. And yes, I state this in person, when I encounter people who claim to be Christian and spout ugly hate.

I’ll hang up and listen.

The whole notion of sin is one of the reasons I don't believe in a traditional deity. But I respect people who actually follow the base Christian philosophy of love, tolerance, and acceptance (you know, the stuff the medieval Church tried to exorcise from the religion in order to control the masses). Unfortunately, too many avowed Christians seem to be firmly stuck in the Old Testament's judgement and wrath and thus, to a large degree, disregard the more nuanced and humane teachings of the New Testament.

I love the ironic names these people adopt. She has no idea what liberty means if she wants to, in the name of her liberty, curtail the liberty of others. We can only exercise our liberties to the extent they do not substantively infringe on the liberties of others.

And what about teachers who are LGBTQ, like me? Do we have to teach in these special classrooms, or in her vision would those teachers be straight folk who can help those poor LGBTQ students understand the error of their ways (if you can't tell, that's sarcasm)? In reality, people like her would not want me to be a teacher at all if they knew I was bisexual. They would be afraid that I might groom their daughters, which of course ignores the fact that there area whole bunch of hetero teachers over the years who have groomed students of the opposite sex and committed criminal acts. No, I'm the fucking danger because I like women and men. Oh... this one pisses me off more than the concentration camp shit because that crap is truly fringe. This hits too close to home given the letters some of my colleagues and I received this week from a parents warning us we would be reported to the school board and maybe sued for teaching LGBTQ issues and anti-religious science (neither of which is against the law in my state). This is much closer to becoming mainstream in the right.

Christians are the worst advertisements for Christianity. I have never met one who wasn’t a sanctimonious hypocrite. If Jesus came back to earth, these fucking scum would crucify him again!

When a 3rd of Republicans believe that the election was stolen, I think that the politics of hate is no longer just the fringe.
