I feel as though incest stories have gotten stale. So many of the same "origin story" and setups. So here are a few that are off the beaten path.

Mom and Son established couple go on a couples cruise, where no one knows they're mother and son. Just a nice romantic getaway with a taboo couple. This could even be sci fi if you want some additional fun.

Two incestuous couples meet. Mom & son, bro & sis, any pairing will do. But it would be nice if both meeting couples are the same dynamic. They meet online because they both want people to share the secret with. Maybe they go on vacation to the same location and stay at the same hotel, and they exchange stories. I think scenes where, say, both sisters discuss their brothers, while the men are off somewhere else talking about their sisters. Personally, I wouldn't care for swapping/swinging. The point is getting to know these two devoted couples.

A prince ascends to the throne after his father's sudden death. Maybe by assassins, which could be a good part of the story. His parents had an arranged marriage, and his mother never really loved his father, and hasn't been with anyone else. But she fell for her son, and he fell for her as well. His father died before any marriage could be arranged for the prince, so he became free to choose his own wife. Would he publicly choose his mother, or would that remain a secret of the royal family?

A mid-twenties husband and wife are happily married, and are both kinky. The husband has shared his fantasies about his family, after the wife shared she was turned on by incest. Eventually, she decides to she wants to make it happen, if her husband is willing. So the wife seduces her husband's mother or sister, encouraging them together. She's very excited, and her husband is too, but also very nervous.

I've proposed, but haven't started cooking, a Sawney Bean scenario without the cannibalism. A family lives in a remote setting and waylays occasional passers-by on the minor roadway at the area's edge. This goes on for several generations, where the family and its acquired members have little to do but fuck each other, from great-grandma on down to just-ripe 18-year-olds.

Another I've yet to start, based on a family I know, features a fellow who's been married three times, once per decade, with a few kids by each wife. All live nearby, the older offspring with their own spawn. Some of the 'kids' find they have desirable aunts and uncles near their own ages or younger (but 18+), and cousins and half-siblings as parental-age figures.

Then there's the fertility specialist who used his own sperm to impregnate many anxious married women, whose offspring are thus all step-sibs but don't know it yet. I took an historic approach in Jenny Be Fair, based on the traditional song: "Your father may be 'pa' to all the girls in town, but still / He's not the one who sired you, so marry whom you will," sings Mom.

I could see number three more like; his father died before he could arrange a marriage, he starts seeing somebody, a woman who turned out to be his sister or some relative that was disowned as a kid for whatever reason. Eventually they marry and through talking with her parents find out that she's adopted, then finding out she's the disowned kid they gave away.

I've not written of dying folks having their brains transplanted into fresh young bodies and then fucking family of their dead selves. Is that incest?

The opposite works as well. Using subplots from 'Star Wars,' 'Once and Future King,' or Frank Herbert's 'Dune' as a takeoff point, an all-powerful ecclesiastical / government entity is trying to breed the next super human leader of a society. A brother and sister are supposed to be the ones who create this leader, but the family escapes together.

Perhaps the brother and sister actually have feelings for one another but don't want to create the next leader envisioned by the church / state. With mom and dad's help they can all create two anti-heroes to toss a monkey wrench in the plans. Oh, and since the sister can't get "double pregnant" so she and her brother can have plenty of fun too.

In a sequel taking place twenty years later, while in hiding, the son of brother and mom can fall in love with the daughter of sister and dad and create twins,

Just had another idea, though not actually for the incest category. A mother enters her first relationship with another woman. The mother confesses she has sexual thoughts about her son, so her girlfriend starts teasing her about it in the bedroom. Maybe even stealing his underwear or sweaty shirt from the laundry. It's all about the teasing for me. You can take it further and bring the son in in a later part if you want to.

Anyway, almost exactly this story, except a motel room rather than a ship- Spring Break Wife by MajorRewrite. Though as I often comment, mom/son is not my jam, THIS is one of the hottest stories (to me) I have ever read. And reread multiple times.

I am not trying to discount your idea here. I am simply trying to illustrate that though not totally unique, a fresh take would likely find a keen audience.
