Hi LS! Sweet and I took a break from sailing today. She had a bit of a tummy ache....I picked up about 16 umbrellas around the sloop today....

You know, I love coffee....
It is interesting to note that the earliest credible evidence of coffee brewing and drinking stems from just prior to the Renaissance around the middle of the 15th century. It spread, somewhat slowly across Europe during the ensuing 200 years. So...coffee? Responsible for breaking the dark ages and the enlightenment? I'm thinking yes. I mean, really...it does that for me every morning.

Nice hot coffee with some French vanilla flavoring.....the aroma and taste are so good on chilly mornings like today.
I'm on the pier in the sunshine, trying to warm up; don't see any activity on the sloop yet. We sailing today? Anyone know? Sweet stayed away from the umbrella drinks yesterday so she's ready to go.....
