Published story was sent back after a week

I understand stories can be sent back for various reasons before publishing, but I don't see where a story that has been published for a week can subsequently be sent back. I noticed my recently published story ( newbie here, first of what I hope to be many more) , after receiving a couple of faves from various readers wasn't getting anymore views, then I saw it had been "sent back". Not sure what the deal is? Thoughts?

The most likely scenario is that a reader flagged the story. There is a "Report" feature at the bottom on the story. Also when a story is sent back Lit usually gives a reason. Open your Sent Back tab.

Resubmitted. Had to change the name slightly to get Literotica to accept it, can't resubmit with the same title. Let the editor know what happened and the story was republished within a couple of days.
