The story is about incest where a guy accidentally fucks his aunt on the bus with his uncle and cousin right next to him and then he fucks his mom when she thinks that he is dad.

I am thinking for my next follow up that the cousin finds out about it and then he wants to even things out by fucking his cousin 's mom with this in the room and eventually the son joins in fucking his mom in a threesome.

well, yes, to start with, someone has to fuck Chekov's cousin, (as in Chekov's gun , not the Star trek character).
But does Mom know this time?
If so, how does she feel about it?
I guess the threesome scene answers those questions, nut how do you het there. Am incestuous threesome with your middle-aged sister is a big step.
Will she realize her son fucked her in chapter 1, not Dad?
Will she find out her son fucked her sister?
Does she have a history of sister-sister play?
