Looking for someone to help me edit part 3 of a story.

The story is about a brother and sister wanting to add their younger sister into their 3 year long relationship. Here is part 1 and here is part 2.

My issue is mostly with past and present tenses. I am open to ideas and suggestions about the story itself as well!

Part one was amazing, I don't have the time to read part two right now, but if it's anything like part 1, you shouldn't need too much editing... And it's nice to see that a good story can still get the blood pumping to the right areas...
