My wife and her best friend are planning to write out a story (or stories) based on a trio of characters they spent the evening brainstorming over. This IS NOT her story, but rather their basic descriptions for the primary three characters they plan use in the story(s) they want to write up. They're inexperienced (and potential) first-time writers, and what she's looking for is helpful and/or creative input on these character descriptions, and preferably not snarky input.

That said, here are the three main characters they plan to revolve any potential stories around:

Ellen (primary character)
Ellen is a 36-year-old woman who possesses a quiet grace and gentleness. She has a petite frame, standing at a diminutive 5 feet 2 inches. She weighs around 150 pounds with an enticing 34C bust, giving her a beautifully curvaceous figure that effortlessly captivates an observer's eye. She has long wavy brown hair that flows wonderfully down her back and serves as an appealing frame that complements her overall look, enhancing her natural beauty. The healthy shine and fullness of her hair is a testament to her meticulous self-care, and adds a touch of casual elegance to her appearance. Paradoxically, despite her intrinsic attractiveness and inherent sexual appeal she often perceives herself as "too plump" or "dumpy". The reality is far from it, though she struggles to recognize it due to her sheltered and emotionally repressive upbringing, a legacy she's gradually shedding.

Her demeanor is a complex interplay of innocence and shyness, deeply ingrained by her strict religious background and marred by past marital ordeals. She has gentle brown eyes and a soft, demure smile that conveys warmth and kindness. This combination creates a quiet, unassuming aura, yet, as she engages in conversation, her intense curiosity and innate intelligence emerges, rendering her all the more captivating and intriguing. These qualities, long hidden, are gradually gaining prominence as she frees herself from the emotional and sexual repression of her past.

Ellen's presence is a tantalizing blend of innocent charm and unexplored sexual allure, a reality she's only just starting to understand about herself. Her previously sheltered life denied her exposure to many of the typical social and sexual experiences common to others her age, yet her gentle and curious disposition, combined with her inherent attractiveness, makes her an enchanting presence for those fortunate enough to get to know her intimately.

In the wake of her divorce she has been exploring her own sexuality and personal identity with growing self-assurance, and her clothing choices have evolved to tastefully accentuate her natural curves and sexual attractiveness without delving into overtly revealing territory, perfectly aligning her humble disposition and growing sense of self.

Her past marriage, marred by emotional and physical abuse, culminated in her hospitalization and eventual divorce. In the aftermath, she resolutely committed to an ongoing therapeutic journey, an indispensable part of her emotional healing and recovery process. She's gradually discovered her sense of self-worth and self-esteem, demonstrating a remarkable resilience and determination in the face of adversity.

As she explores her own burgeoning sexuality and discovers new interests, she is becoming the author of her own narrative, steadily uncovering the strength within herself to seize a more fulfilling and liberated life.

Ellen and Sara have been extremely close best friends since they were both very young, and their close bond has only grown stronger with time. Sara's dynamic and exciting presence in Ellen's life eventually lead to enabling and assisting her desire to explore her own sexuality and interests, culminating in the loving ethically non-monogamous relationship she shares with her husband Michael.

Michael (secondary/supporting character)
Michael is a 48-year-old man who is an imposing figure at 6 feet 2 inches. His muscular and robust physique is a testament to his background as a former Marine, and his commitment to physical fitness and well-being speaks of the inner strength and discipline that has become deeply ingrained in his character, underlining his dedication to maintaining peak strength and stamina over the years. He has some signs of aging, such as a few dignified wrinkles and traces of gray starting to show in his brown hair, which adds a touch of wisdom and maturity to his appearance. His hair is neatly trimmed short, reflecting his disciplined approach to grooming. Despite a naturally gruff exterior he has a gentler side, especially when it comes to his wife, Ellen. His brown eyes, although seeming intense at first glance, harbor a well of complex emotions and understanding that is truly exceptional. His emotional maturity and confident disposition are harmoniously blended with his palpable presence, evident in the way he carries himself and stands out in a room. In addition, he possesses a notable sense of self-assuredness and confidence, which he jokingly attributes to his being naturally well-endowed.

Michael's intelligence, open-mindedness, and adventurous spirit make him someone who is able to delve into a wide array of interests and experiences. The intricate blend of his strength, intelligence, emotional depth and understanding, and concealed gentleness results in a complex, interesting, and engaging person to be around.

Michael is deeply dedicated to his wife, Ellen. Together they share a deeply special ethically non-monogamous relationship, a testament to their open communication, mutual understanding, and enduring love. This relationship has blossomed from Ellen's personal journey of self-discovery and her burgeoning sexual interests and fantasies, a journey that Michael wholeheartedly supports with boundless empathy, understanding, and an open mind. Their bond is a testament to the depth of their connection and shared love, and their combined journey of self-discovery, sexual exploration, and personal empowerment illustrates the strength of that bond.

Sara (secondary/supporting character)
Sara is a 36-year-old woman who is captivating, both in terms of her physical attributes and her vibrant personality. She has a lithe 5'6" stature, a 30B bust, a firm apple-bottom derriere, and weighs around 120 pounds, which combined with her sexy well-proportioned physique, reflects her active and energetic lifestyle and makes her a physically appealing individual who exudes femininity. Her most noticeable features are her sparkling blue eyes and her long curly honey-blonde hair that cascades down her back, accentuating her youthful and free-spirited nature. Sara's tongue stud and belly button ring piercings add an edgy and daring touch to her appearance, which perfectly reflects an adventurous spirit and a lifestyle that draws people into her orbit. Her overall feminine and youthful demeanor complements her figure, giving her a unique charm.

Beyond her physical attributes, Sara has a confident and fun-loving personality. Her flirtatious demeanor and playful nature create an atmosphere of excitement and engagement wherever she goes. She is not just a pretty face; she is also intelligent, open-minded, and sexually bold. Her self-assuredness makes her not only physically attractive but also exciting and engaging to be around. She exudes confidence and a sense of fun. This creates an atmosphere of excitement and engagement, drawing people into her magnetic energy.

Sara's approach to life is marked by a sense of adventure and daring. She enjoys life to the fullest and encourages those around her to do the same. Her free-spirited and bold approach to trying new experiences fosters a vibrant and thrilling atmosphere wherever she is, and her intelligence and open-mindedness add depth to her character. She's sexually bold, unapologetically embracing her desires and fostering an environment where others feel free to do the same. Her enthusiastic approach to trying new experiences encourages those around her to step out of their comfort zones, creating a vibrant and thrilling atmosphere.

In her late 20s Sara ventured into the swinger lifestyle, influenced by a former boyfriend, and it became a choice she continued after their eventual breakup and a significant part of her life. This lifestyle choice reflects her daring and non-conventional nature, demonstrating her adventurous and sexually liberated personality. In essence, Sara is a woman of striking physical beauty and an enchanting personality. Her confident, fun-loving, and adventurous spirit fosters an exciting and engaging environment, making her a truly dynamic presence in the lives of those around her.

Sara's experiences, lifestyle choices, and her role in helping her best friend Ellen on her journey of sexual exploration, and her eventual ethically non-monogamous relationship with her husband Michael, further showcases a supportive and caring nature. Sara and Ellen have been extremely close best friends since a young age, and their connection and closeness has only deepened over the years. Her close bond with Ellen, maintained since their youth, highlights her loyalty and the depth of her friendships.

Just write your stories. Refer to these character descriptions if you need to, but don't expect to include every detail - or even half. Depending on the story, maybe not even 10%. This is information that you know, as the writer. The reader should find out as the story progresses, from what the characters do and say.

If there's any particular aspect that you want to highlight - perhaps Ellen's exploration - figure out what the starting situation is and where you want to go. Then start writing. Add details from your character descriptions as they fit organically in the story, never force anything in just because you feel the reader should know.

Let the story unfold naturally, based on what you know about the characters and their wishes. When you're done, read through it again and see whether anything feels forced. Depending on what POV you're using, don't include anything your POV character doesn't know. Don't provide information that your character wouldn't think to themselves. Don't include cup sizes. For instance, don't write, "Sara walked up the front door, her 30B breasts straining against her blouse." Instead write, "Sara walked up to the front door. It was a hot day, and the sun felt good on her skin. She'd decided to go braless today, and her firm breasts pressed against the thin material of her blouse."

See what I did there? No-one just randomly thinks of their body in terms of clothes sizes. But in the second example, you can imagine Sara feeling the sun warming her breasts through her blouse. Then you add a line about a drop of sweat tickling her skin, and by the time she's at the door she's wearing a mischievous grin and offers to let Ellen lick that drop from her cleavage. Ellen blushes, but she knows her friend's wicked sense of fun, and she wishes she had the nerve to take her up on the offer. Etc.

Those are decent enough starting points, but... you can't make a story from them. A story is typically going to arise from a scene or an arc (or if you're lucky, several of each). So e.g. a scene might be Ellen and Sara talking about Sara's experiences, leaving Ellen curious, leading to fantasies about replicating those experiences. Or (because this is Literotica) it might be a sex scene that you find hot, that showcases either Sara's past or Ellen's newfound interests. An arc might e.g. be Ellen timidly taking her first steps towards being more like Sara, whatever that means to you as co-writers.

Most stories have some tension, which is the disconnect between what people want and what actually is. In sex stories this often manifests as desire or sexual tension. Characters want to fuck, or want to do something romantic or sexual or whatever... but something is holding them back. How do they experience this tension? How is it relieved? Do they get what they want, or something close to it, and how do they react if so?

It's great to have a firm idea who the characters are before you start, but stories aren't merely about characters; they're about things that HAPPEN to characters. Sometimes those events are largely or wholly internal, or are simply conversations, but on a sex story site they're often sexual interactions. So ask yourselves: Who's fucking? How are they fucking? Why are they fucking? What's hot about it, to you? How do the characters feel about it (and how do you feel about it)? What do they want to have happen as opposed to what actually happens?

I'd strongly recommend using scene/arc/tension as building blocks. Every writer has their own process, but this general approach (working from one or more of those three things) works for a lot of people. Start with something along those lines, and write! Often the story will expand from there, and the character interactions will arise organically, and the narrative will develop to flesh out the scene(s), arc(s), and tension(s).

At the end of the day though, just write. Preparation is all well and good but writing is how you get stories.
