I don't really see it as a fetish, although I can understand how someone could. It's just a natural part of sex. I will say that unprotected sex is hotter and more intimate and the lack of birth control and general risk can really heighten the tension in a scene. There's also just that added emotion involved in that primal aspect of natural selection. You're not just fucking or getting fucked, you are choosing or being chosen on some level, even if there is no intention to make a baby.

In Sister Has a Plan, the sister moves in with her brother when she has a five-month-old who she is breastfeeding. She briefly breastfeeds her brother.

In Carpooling With My Sister and My Lingerie-Loving Sister Moves In, I hint that the brother and sister will make a baby someday soon.

I approached it differently every time. I'm not just throwing it in; it has to make sense for the story I'm writing. The couple has to be in a position where they can handle an addition to the family.

In I/T, impregnation is big. As family members can't marry, deciding to make a baby is the biggest commitment they can make. "My Mom Competes with my Stepmom" reached the top of the 30-day Most Favorited Story list after one week. With the stories where I hint they'll make a baby soon, many of the comments I get are excited about that idea.

I'll certainly mention one subset, 'pregnancy fears', given that birth control of all varieties is not a foolproof solution (even surgical approaches are not always 100% effective.)

1. Out of my forty-some stories, there are only a handful that don't include an impregnation or two.
2. For people who are into breeding/impregnation, I think it's a primal desire kind of thing - spreading your genes and leaving your mark on someone in a very permanent way. My stories focus on the beginning of the pregnancy, because the sex is, well, sexy, but there's no part of it that turns me off.
3. There is a market for stories involving pregnancy, certainly. I don't play excessively to the numbers, but my stories often mention breeding or impregnation in the subtitle and they get decent views. Readers into impregnation seem to like dialog about possible pregnancy during the sex, a narrative focus on how unprotected it is, and sometimes a scene that shows the characters later on once they are pregnant.
(4 and 5 don't apply to me much so others can speak to them).
6. I definitely have this fetish in real life, but my partner and I have kept it to two kids because children are expensive and the world is getting crowded. It's not a hard fetish to play with, though - you can talk about it during sex, and if you're using the pill or the like for protection, your lizard brain doesn't know that it's not for real.

2. One thing I try to bring to impregnation is to emphasize that the woman is already willing to have kids. Being misleading about the real father (in the case of mind control or noncon) is one thing. I think it works best when the woman is already willing to have children instead of forcing her to carry it, since it lets you fully indulge in the primal satisfaction of impregnation. For men and women, spreading your genes and ensuring part of you will live on is a very powerful turn-on, as is knowing you are using your and your partner's body for its intended purpose.

Out of interest, are American parent and baby movie showings allowed to show age-restricted films? Closest I came to the festish was in The White Room, where at the end we find out the aliens want our trapped protagonists to breed.

To be clear I put 'breeding and conception' together as I've done a couple of 'loving couples ready to be parents' stories as the other side of the coin.

Having never tried to find said market, I really don't know. I do know the story I linked to above is by far the lowest rated of the ten installments in the Elizabeth series, but I suspect that's because a major character dies. I doubt it's because of the sex scenes, which in my opinion are some of my very best.

I'm not disgusted with you, I just don't share your fetish. Why not? As a man I can only go by what I've heard, but pregnancy does not sound like much fun.
