Do I write before or after orgasm? Yes, but rarely during.

I can outline plot points and characters better. I can delve into thought-processes better.

But is this the same for everyone?

It depends.
If I am writing something more tender or more serious, I do it without the thought of orgasming.
If it's a sex scene, I need to cum first so i don't stop mid story.
