So I like stories with bi characters, pregnancies coming from surprising places, and taboo stories that are about families coming together emotionally and not just sexually.
So my idea is this:
Mom passes away unexpectedly and dad takes it very hard. Like he can go to work and make it through the day, but that’s it. Even a year later he’s barely surviving.
Daughter and her wife find out and move in, at first planning to just try and raise his spirits and then because they’re worried he needs a lot of care. For this story I figure dad at his oldest is in his early 50s: not old enough that his health should be suffering.
They try getting him to see a therapist, no dice. He’s an old school guy (which pushed daughter away when she came out before mom helped patch things up) and he was always brought up to not reach out for help. They try talking to him, he doesn’t want to talk and even tries pushing them away. The only things he does seem to respond to positively is the two of them making meals for him, when they come up with tasks he can do for them (oil changes for example) and his daughter-in-law who is very attractive and has a figure like a younger version of his late wife.
The girls pick up on this and come up with a plan: they ask dad to help them pick baby names. He of course is flummoxed and has questions, they let him know they are wanting to have a baby and are planning to go to a clinic to get his daughter-in-law pregnant. He of course makes some comment about how it seems like a waste of money since they could just get some guy and the two of them clasp him on the shoulders and thank him for volunteering, plucking his shirt and pants off before he has a chance to protest and daughter in law baring all before sitting in his lap.
