Screams of death followed Kayne Kydaer. His blades darted out here and flicked there, sinking lethally into flesh, or sliding along throats and knees. He was used to being the cause of every death scream that filled the air, but such was not the case tonight. Something had happened, something that had driven the creatures of the night into a frenzy. They no longer stuck to the shadows and hunted. They were out in the open, moving in packs, attacking everything that moved as they heading in the same direction, heading towards...

Kayne didn't know what it was that called to the creatures of the night, but whatever it was...it called to him to. He moved slower at night, because he had to kill as he went, but as a dhampir, a rare half-blood born from a male vampire having sex with a female human, he was blessed with the ability to walk in the daytime while also being cursed with the thirst. His daytime affinity made him faster than most of the hoard, but the sheer number of vampires in the worlds, and the fact that they were likely to be convening on a single location meant that he had to get to wherever that place was, and fast. He was also blessed with the strength and speed of his vampire brethren, but even he couldn't take down a thousand vampires at once, not in a head to head fight.

With all of the many advantages that came with his...condition, many people would wonder why Kayne considered it a curse, and why he cursed the gods and cursed them for making him so. They could never understand though. They could never understand what it was like to kill your mother in childbirth, to have the first thing you taste be her blood, to be surrounded by people that look nothing like you...He'd grown up in the deep south, but his skin was as pale as the moon. He never tanned and never burned. His eyes were violet, which some could call pretty, if unnatural, but turned red when he got angry. All of that could be tolerated though, if not for the thirst, oh curse the gods for the thirst.

It was the thirst he hated most, and the thirst that he had to deal with now, because he didn't know when he'd reach his destination. He couldn't feel how close or far he was, only which direction he needed to go. He also knew that he needed to keep his strength up, and to do that...he needed to feed. So, he waited for a vampire to attack an attractive woman, a barmaid, a whore, or some such woman, just so he could swoop in and rescue her. Then with nothing more than a look into his eyes, he could make them do anything he wanted. He never took more blood than he needed, he always sealed the wounds with a swipe of his tongue, and he always saw the women home safely, but he always felt dirty afterwards, even if it had to be done.

Kayne lost count of how many times he'd had to do it over the years, but when he looked down at the cathedral, he knew in his heart that whatever he was looking for was there! He broke out at a run, his mithril blades already out and in hand, slicing at whatever creatures of the night dared to get close as his black cloak billowed out behind him. He let that feeling in his heart and head guide him this way and that, slicing past this person, shouldering past that innocent person until he got to the large courtyard in the center of the complex. It was utterly overrun and would be suicide if not for the fact that they weren't all distracted by something, but it had to be done, and so he did, throwing himself in and at it, blades singing as they sliced through the air to sink lethally into flesh once more!

Nyx stood in the middle of a village where lots of people were bustling around, fury kindling in her light blue eyes. She did not fit in at all, her entire outfit looked otherworldly… and indeed it was. People were giving her furtive glances, whispering as they passed her.

As the goddess of the night, she was garbed in a flowing black dress that shimmered in the moonlight, her raven hair spiralling around her shoulders. An ornate sword hung from her side, made from mithril that was light and easy to wield. She usually had a crown that resembled miniature stars floating around her temples, but her crown wasn’t there anymore, having just been cursed and thrown out of Mount Olympus.

“Zues!” she screamed, indignantly. She was one of the few gods that he feared and in a clever ploy he had managed to ambush her, following which he dethroned her and stripped her of her powers. She wasn’t even sure if she was immortal or not. “Son of a bitch,” she whispered under her breath, and then closed her eyes tightly. “Sorry Rhea,” she added quickly, “I did not mean to insult you; but your son on the other hand…” she said haughtily. There was no response…

Nyx had never actually been in the mortal realm before, she had no inkling of where she was. There were mostly humans walking around among the houses, but there were the odd dwarf or elf also among the inhabitants. Out of the corner of her eye, however, she noticed a set of eyes that were glowing from within the dark recesses of a building. An uneasy feeling, tingling up the back of her spine. She instinctively drew her sword. It was a creature of the night, a vampire. It cocked its head to the side and regarded Nyx with interest. All Nyx could feel was an insatiable hunger for her blood radiating from it, as it stepped out of the shadows. The creature launched itself at her, and Nyx waited until the last second before swinging into it, taking its head clean off its shoulders in one smooth move. The people around her erupted into shrieks and screams of horror, causing an instant panic, the whole area erupting into pandemonium.

Nyx stood very still, her sword ready, gauging the crowd… more glowing eyes were appearing from the shadows. Was she giving off a scent of some sort that drew these bloodthirsty creatures to her? One more launched at her and Nyx eradicated it, instantly, but then more… and more of them came until they were bounding at her in packs. She gave a furtive glance around, trying to find shelter of some sort. She was an open target.

A cathedral stood behind her, with imposing spirals that were towering into the night sky, and if she remembered correctly, these creatures could not step onto hallowed ground. Nyx started backing up, trying to make her way to the entrance but there were just too many of these godforsaken creatures. They kept coming… and it didn’t matter how many she killed, a fresh one replaced it within minutes.

She could feel something approaching in the crowd, a beacon that seemed to be reaching out to her.

“Help me!” she screamed, her hands covered in blood, the scene in front of her like something straight out of a horror movie. In all the mayhem, one of the vampires blindsided her and slammed into Nyx, sending her sprawling to the ground. She brought her sword around to plunge into its chest, and in the moment it took her to ready her sword, it sank its fangs into the back of her shoulder taking a drink from her. The vampire’s eyes started glowing before Nyx’s sword impaled it.

She cried out, the bite burning as the poison started searing through her veins. She was definitely not immortal anymore. Her blade sliced through another monster and she took a few more steps towards the cathedral entrance... almost there...she could not hold them off for much longer.

Whatever was homing in on her, was getting closer… closer.

“Please… help!” she screamed again, just as another vampire crashed into her, throwing her off her feet.

The melee itself wasn't the problem so much as the delay that had been caused by him having had to go through the entirety of a cathedral instead of just going up and over it. If only he'd known that he'd been looking for a person and that that person had been on the other side of the cathedral instead of inside of it!

"God...Fucking...Dammit!" Kayne cursed aloud as he threw himself into the melee, his own mithril blades severing limb after limb, not always a head, but enough to slow a creature down for him to get past and get closer to the voice that he heard calling for help, closer to the feeling in his heart.

With a final pair of bodies falling away, Kayne was there, finally there! He knew her instantly when he saw her, even sprawled on the ground and drenched in blood as she was. His feet continued to pound against the ground as he heard her scream and call out, pushing him towards her as his mithril longsword extended towards the body of the vampire that had knocked her to the ground, impaling it through the chest. His mithril short sword followed in a sweeping motion, cleaving the creatures head off, even if it wasn't normally made for it.

Kayne's instinct's immediately took over then, pulling his one mithril blade from the chest of his fallen foe as he sheathed the other, briefly turning his back to the fallen woman to check their back while also turning back to her and offering her his left hand to help her up.

"Stand? Stand? Can you stand?!" Kayne shouted the first word twice, partially to catch his breath from the long run before attempting a full question.

A long blade plunged into the vampire that had crashed into her, and suddenly he was there. Nyx could see a brilliant aura radiating from him that mortals would not necessarily see. A moon-touched child. They were so incredibly rare…

He placed himself between her and the vampires and in the brief reprieve that they had, she could see more of these godforsaken monsters bounding towards them. They had to move, NOW.

Offering her a hand, he asked if she could stand. “I can,” Nyx said as she laid her hand in his, pulling herself up… The moment she touched him, it was as if an echo of something hidden pulsed through her being… which made her halt for a second, but this really wasn’t the time to try and figure out what this strange connection was.

She took a few steps back, almost pulling him with her towards the cathedral, two more vampires arrived at their location and he ended them within seconds, strength and raw power radiating from him.

Nyx stumbled; something was wrong. The venom was spreading much too fast through her veins, debilitating pain seared through her and she cried out. Two more halting steps and they were through the imposing archway and Nyx fell to the floor, her eyes turning black as she writhed in pain. What was this!?

“I was bitten,” she gasped, running her fingers across the puncture marks on her shoulder that were searing her skin. Another wave of agony washed over her and Nyx arched off the floor feeling like she was on fire. Think… think… think… what would help. Perhaps this had something to do with the curse they had placed on her… Perhaps the creatures of the night, the ones that she had created, were her downfall?

But he was a child of the light, even if he didn’t know it…

Nyx turned her head to the side and pleadingly stared into his eyes, what she was asking, would be clear to him. Another torturous wave of pain washed over her and Nyx gasped. “Please…” There was no time.

Any questions that Kayne had about this woman being the cause of the mysterious calling sensation were answered the second their hands touched. He felt a surge of adrenaline rush through him as their combined strength helped pull her to her feet.

Kayne allowed allowed the the woman to pull him towards the cathedral, happily looking forward to the reprieve from this battle. As they retreated though, they were beset upon by another pair of vampires. Thankfully the rush of adrenaline was still flowing through him though him though, and he easily halted their attacks with a single slash of his of sword for each, and then decapitated each of them another pair of slashes.

Seeing the woman stumble and hearing her cry out hurt Kayne in a way that he couldn't truly describe. Part of him wanted to throw her over his shoulder and carry her, but the other part of him knew that this was also something that she needed to do for herself as he kept the literally relentless hoard at bay. All he could do was lend her what little strength he could via the hand she held and trust her to do the rest.

Only when the pair was finally safely through the large archway, with the woman collapsing in pain just beyond, did Kayne finally take a bit more control, or at least try to. He sheathed his sword, bent down to try and lift her up, only for her back to to arch off the floor as he tried.

Kayne knew then that the woman couldn't be moved, even before she turned to him with eyes as black as death and gasped a single pleading word. It broke his heart to hear it, and yet he knew there was no other choice. His violet eyes shone like they never had before, and he nodded. He lifted her in his arms as he held her closer, lowered his head as he bared his fangs, and bit her...

His cape flitted around them from where she was lying on the floor, as he lifted her into his arms, violet eyes shining in the dark night, as he lowered his head and sank his fangs into her neck. Nyx gasped, the sensation sending her into an euphoric trance. Her eyes widened - still black as night - and as he drank from her the inky blackness melted from her eyes until they were pale blue once more. The pain also subsided, retreating to a simmer until it evaporated.

She moaned, the hold he had on her rendering her incapable of resisting him. She could see his aura flicker… the brilliant white halo that surrounded him earlier - stuttering - and slowly turning to black, as if he was absorbing the darkness that had taken hold of her a moment ago.

“Stop,” she whispered, using every inch of her willpower to lift her hands and place them on him. She could feel him drinking more, this time he was the one in a deep trance, “You have to stop,” Nyx whispered more urgently... Her breath quickening in ecstasy, her eyes dilating, as his venom numbed and tricked her senses into a heightened state of euphoria, while he was draining the life out of her at a dizzying pace.

The feelings that surged through Kayne as he bit the woman were almost indescribable. He was used to feeling a combination of anger, sadness, and loneliness when he never fed, likely do in part to the fact that he only fed when he had to. He was used to either feeding on the dregs of society that nobody would miss or women out alone that he could glamour to forget all about him. This and this woman was like nothing he was used to, and that was to say nothing about the ambrosia-like taste that filled his mouth. It was true what people said about evil deeds corrupting their bodies and souls. The more evils deeds a person committed, the more bitter their blood tasted. This woman's blood though tasted as though she hadn't so much as told a single white lie in her entire life!

Kayne wasn't even truly sure what he'd hoped to accomplish when he bit the woman, but between the taste of her blood, and her reaction, both the gasp and the moan, his grip on her tightened as he sucked harder and drank more and more from her. He did hear her whispered word of protest. but he was too lost in the new sensations of this to really take it seriously, especially since, from his perspective, she'd asked him for this in the first place hadn't she?

The woman's second statement, a full sentence this time, combined with hands pushing against his chest finally broke through to Kayne. His throat stopped working when he realized what he was doing and what he'd been about to do, and he pulled his fangs free, but lingered near her neck just long to let his tongue glide across the puncture wounds he'd made to seal them.

Kayne slowly lowered the woman in his arms, but not fully to the ground. He didn't want to lose the intimacy of the moment. "I'm...I'm so sorry. I just...I mean I don't..." Kayne desperately tried to find the words to express how sorry he was for almost killing the woman, even though he was pretty sure she was already dying. Yes, it was true they'd just met, but he still somehow felt like he owed her an explanation.

He finally let up, as the realisation of what was happening, hit him, and he looked so incredibly guilty. He was still holding her in his arms as he said, "I'm...I'm so sorry. I just...I mean I don't..."

“Shhhttt,” she said, pressing two fingers to his lips, gently, in a reassuring gesture, “it is not your fault,” she said, softly. Her fingers lingered there a moment longer, her eyes fixated on his lips though, his venom still coursing through her veins with Nyx still technically floating on cloud nine of ecstasy. His arms around her were so intimate, his body warmth radiating against her. There was this overwhelming connection that was buzzing between them and her being in his arms only amplified it.

In a rare moment of weakness, Nyx succumbed to temptation and she moved her hands up his chest and around his neck, pulling herself up and pressing her lips against his in a searing, earthshattering kiss. She was absolutely lost in the euphoria of it, the only thing that existed in this point of time was him, his lips, his arms around her… the desire thrumming in her veins.

Nyx!! What are you doing!!!? A little voice of reason was trying to break through the fog.

It took every inch of her willpower to pull her lips from his, a few seconds later. A soft frown furrowing her forehead as she stared into his beautiful violet eyes. “I am…. SO sorry,” she said, as she moved out of his embrace and slowly came to her feet, anticipating the possible dizziness that would follow. “I have no idea what came over me,” she apologised profusely. She took a few steps back and found a chair that she sat down in, her eyes adjusting to the dark recesses within the cathedral, noticing the beautiful stained-glass windows that seemed to be glowing dimly in the moonlight. But when she actually focused on the images depicted throughout the cathedral she couldn’t help the little crazy laugh that escaped her lips. Of all things, it was a cathedral made to worship her, the goddess of the night, as she recognised the ancient images of herself carved into absolutely everything.

“This night cannot get any more bizarre,” she said under her breath, as she put an elbow on her knee and let her forehead rest in the palm of her hand, her hair falling around her like a halo.

Kayne found himself both happy and relieved when the woman cut his apology short by pressing her fingers to his lips, because he honestly didn't know what to say. Hell, he hadn't even really known what she'd been asking for, let alone what he'd been doing. So how could he have possibly put a voice to it.

Time seemed to stop then, with Kayne looking down at the woman in his arms, looking with with eyes that he didn't know were red, the vampire half of his mind eternally torn between hunger and lust. He wanted...he wanted. So badly did he want. Then suddenly she was there, the hands that had held him back slid up his chest as her arms wrapped around his neck, pulling him close as she leaned up and kissed him. He knew her blood was still on his lips as she kissed him, but his arms closed around her as he held her close and kissed her back all the same, sharing this moment with her so that no matter what else happened, it would belong to them forever.

Kayne was so utterly reluctant to let the woman pull her lips away, but when she made to do so, she met with no resistance this time. "No apology necessary." Kayne said softly and simply as he looked back into her now light blue eyes. "I think we both just lost ourselves for a moment there." He allowed her to pull away, and when she seemed determined to stand on her own, he made no offer to help, but had his arms on either side of her, in case they were needed. He was glad when she moved away from the still-open doors, leading to the frenzy outside though, and took a seat. His acute hearing caught something about this night not getting anymore bizarre, and he moved over to join her, choosing a spot on the floor so he could look up at her where she sat in the chair.

"Bizarre huh?" Kayne offered up with a soft chuckle from his seated position as he leaned forward and propped his own elbows on his knees. "Is that what you'd call attracting what seems to be every vampire in..." He paused briefly to consider how long the creatures had been frenzying like this and how long he'd been following them. "Oh I'd say at least this kingdom, but possibly the whole world to you? Because if so, then by the gods that I hate oh so fucking much...I really hope it doesn't get much more bizarre."

Kayne pushed himself back to his feet with a groan of frustration as he let his gaze turn back towards the door. "I mean do you have any idea what the hell caused this?" He asked without looking back at her.

"Bizarre huh?" he said as he took a seat on the floor, watching her. She listened as he described the frenzy that just happened outside and inwardly groaned when he professed his hatred of the gods. She was having a full-blown inner battle with herself on the merits of telling him the truth… or not.

He was perplexed - as she was - about the events of the evening and as he effortlessly rolled back onto his feet and warily stared at the door, where the vampires were still standing in droves, staring at her like they’ve just lost their pet puppy, he said, "I mean do you have any idea what the hell caused this?"

“I might have a… slight… idea,” she said softly, opting for the truth. Nyx remained seated, as she didn’t trust her balance just yet. “My name is Nyx,” she started, slowly. She couldn’t quite see his expression, so continued, “Goddess of the night,” she added, idly wringing her fingers in her lap in a nervous way.

She let that sink in a little, before she continued: “A few moments ago, Zeus… THE ASSHOLE,” she screamed at the sky, “dethroned me and had me cursed and thrown out of Mount Olympus.” She tried to prepare herself for his reaction, which would probably not be very amenable given his earlier outburst.

“If it wasn’t for you, Zeus would have succeeded in his task,” she said sincerely, as she stood and took one of his hands in a gesture of thanks, “I owe you my life.”

But the tingling sensation that came from touching him once more, made her frown slightly. “I can’t explain that…” she said, as she lifted her gaze back up to his eyes that were glowing in a soft hue of lavender in the dark. “I don’t know why we have this inexplicable connection, or why these idiots,” she said, gesturing to the lost puppy crowd along the windows and doors of the cathedral, “are wanting my blood so desperately.”

Kayne didn't react to the woman's first words, but when she spoke again, claiming to be the goddess Nyx, goddess of the night, his head turned and his violet gaze studied her. He watched the way her hands wrung in her lap, the way she hesitated before screaming her curse of Zeus to the heavens, which admittedly did make him smile, and of course as she stood and approached him.

It was impossible for Kayne to not be a little on edge when Nyx approached. She did claim to be a goddess after all, cursed or otherwise, and he had just professed his own extreme hatred for all the gods. In the end, all he could do was trust his instincts, and they told him to stand firm, even as she reached for his hand.

Just as had happened before though, when Nyx touched Kayne, this time taking his hand in hers, he felt a surge through his entire body, a surge that washed away any and all fatigue and pain from his extended journey and the battles, his eyes literally glowing a little in the dark as he watched the beautiful woman before him, lifting their joined hands to his lips so he could press a soft kiss to it.

"That's...a lot to take in..." Kayne started before letting his tongue flick across his lips. "It's not every day that one comes across somebody claiming to be a goddess, even one cursed with mortality..." He paused, lowering his head again, but this time so that he could bare his fangs and allow one to barely glide across a finger, taking great care to ensure that the display was just for show. "Though I guess that would explain why you taste like none I've ever tasted before, and probably what they are dying to get a taste of." He let his gaze flick towards the door before returning to the beautiful woman once more. His other hand instinctually lifted to join it, cupping her cheek as he held her gaze, searching for lies and deception, even as he savored the mysterious but empowering sensation that came from touching her.

If charming had a face, Nyx thought, as he lifted her hand and pressed a kiss there, that only sent another raging bolt of desire through her veins. And as she listened to him, he lifted her hand again, this time barely just scraping his fang across the same spot where he pressed a kiss but a moment ago.

Two things dawned on Nyx. That he was hungering for her blood, as much as the mindless vampires outside the building was. His words: "Though I guess that would explain why you taste like none I've ever tasted before, and probably what they are dying to get a taste of." Confirming it.

But the moment he lifted his free hand to gently caress her cheek, she also realised that there was no stopping the overwhelming connection between them, that seemed to override any practical thought and replacing it with raw, unadulterated need, simply by touching one another.

Nyx’s breathing increased perceptibly, her eyes dilating. He was like some all-consuming aphrodisiac to her senses. “Oh, screw it,” she breathed, her choice of words perhaps very apt for the situation they found themselves in, as her body propelled itself forward and into his arms, kissing him fiercely… hungrily.

While doing that, she was trying to tear her clothes off her body, garments landing in wild disarray around them, while tugging and pulling at his clothes. The searing and blinding need for him overriding all coherent thought. Nyx had never been much of an exhibitionist, but there was something strangely erotic about having an entire mob of deranged creatures of the night, watching the lascivious and wild scene between the two of them unfolding.

Though Kayne had of course noticed the changes in Nyx's eyes and breathing, being as he'd been looking for signs of deception, and those were the kinds of things one looked for, the last thing he expected was for her to pounce on him once more. His arms closed around her as she kissed him with a fierce hunger. The strength of it was also enough in the moment to bowl a mortal man over.

Even as Kayne hungrily and feverishly returned Nyx's kisses, his body acting on pure instinct, he heard the ripping of fabric and knew that no sooner had his arms closed around her than she'd started to tear her bloody and already ruined dress from herself. When her attention turned to his clothes, one of his hands and more than human strength was more than enough to lift her up and hold her while his other made took care of what little was left of her clothes, ripping them from her lovely body without a second thought and leaving her naked in his arms as she continued to disrobe him.

Kayne's cloak found the floor first before his shirt ended up getting pulled free of his pants and then grabbed on either side of the neckline and ripped clean down the front until it was hanging just from his shoulders.

It wasn't until that exact moment, having been so lost in the adrenaline-fueled lust, that Kayne realized exactly where the pair were in the cathedral. Their momentum had carried them up the central aisle, and a sinister smile came to his lips. Without another moment's hesitation, he turned the pair of them around, using his free hand to brush everything off of the altar that they he had been standing behind as he swung Nyx around and deposited her on top of it. Not on her back though, no, on her butt as his head dipped down to kiss the side of her neck then her throat then her chin then finally her lips.

Kayne shrugged his shredded shirt off of his shoulders as he hugged Nyx close and kissed her long, deep and hard. When he finally tore his lips away from hers, he kissed his way down her body, starting with her chin, her throat, her breastbone, straight between her breasts, not letting himself get distracted this time. He was on a mission this time, a mission to see if another part of her tasted as good as the first.

On some level, this was just as crazy as the whole frenzy that just took place outside the cathedral. Nyx was on a lust high, and this gorgeous and sexy dhampir was the perfect target for the white-hot desire that was flaming in her veins. She bit the bottom of her lip, feeling like a naughty schoolgirl, as she ripped his shirt from his body. She always wanted to do that to someone, never thinking it could feel so goddamn sexy and be so satisfying. Her hands were smoothing across his gorgeous skin, drinking in the feel of him, while their lips found each other again, kissing each other feverishly.

Lifting Nyx in his arms, she wrapped her legs around him, still kissing him ardently. Things were crashing to the ground and in her lust-induced stupor she registered – on some level – that he had set her down on an altar in her own cathedral. The irony of it was palpable. What better way to worship a goddess than to have raucous sex with her on her own altar.

“You naughty boy,” she whispered, grinning at him wickedly, as his lips found the erogenous spot just below her ear. Nyx moaned, tilting her head to the side, sending raven hair spiralling down her arm as he kissed his way back up to her lips. She watched as he shrugged out of the last shreds of his clothes, standing in front of her in all his naked splendour, his need for her as evident as the ache in her depths. She needed him, desperately.

He then stepped close and wrapped his arms around Nyx, engulfing her in his arms, their bodies intertwined as he kissed her once more… an endless, devastating kiss that just made the world swirl into oblivion.

Lifting his lips from hers, Nyx whimpered to be bereft of him, before he started kissing a river of fiery kisses down her body, teasingly avoiding her breasts, heading straight to the heart of her quaking depths. Nyx moved her hand along his cheek and buried her fingers in his hair, while her other arm supported her.

The moment he touched her, Nyx threw her head back, her eyes fluttering shut as a moan escaped her lips, her entire body quaking in response to his ministrations.

From the corner of her eye, Nyx spotted something moving from the darkness. A priest appearing in the dim moonlight, indignation on his face at the scene in front of him on his goddess’ holy altar. “You vagrants, get out of here!!!” He screamed, storming at the two of them. “How dare you defile the house of Nyx like this!!”

The movements that Nyx had spotted did nothing to dissuade Kayne from the beautiful meal before him, his trail of kisses only finally taking a dip to the side to kiss her femoral artery point as well as just to the side of her heavenly slit, adding a lick as well, just because he could.

When a scream interrupted him and thus joined the movements that Nyx had first noticed, with the man foolishly to the defense of the altar, Kayne acted on pure instinct. He rose to his feet in a single fluid motion, bringing his closed fist up and around to catch the man square on the chin. Kayne felt no remorse as he backhanded the man clean across the chamber to land with a heavy thud against the wall. If the man had known that he was interrupting his own goddess, then he likely would have rethought his actions, but ignorance was not always a cause for forgiveness. In fact, he didn't even give the man a second thought before turning back to the unparalleled beauty that was the goddess laying back on her own altar.

"Now, where was this bad boy before he was so rudely interrupted?" Kayne asked Nyx with a coy smile before he slowly lowered himself to his knees once more, holding her gaze as he did so. He moved his lips to kiss the other femoral artery point that had been so briefly neglected before repeating what he'd done before and kissing the other side of her lovely slit. His arms then snaked under her knees as his tongue cleaved her silken nether lips and licked a full line from bottom to top, ending with a firm flick on the moist pearl on top. He didn't end there though. No sooner had his tongue ever so briefly left her than his arms closed firmly around her thighs, his hands splayed across her belly so his thumbs could spread her for him, and his mouth pounced fully upon her, his lips closing fully around that pearl as his tongue mercilessly flicked it again and again!
