It's a bit of a grey area. The noncon rule stands thus - Ravishment/non-consent fantasies in which the “victim” receives no thrill or enjoyment from the acts. So by the letter of the law, I think your idea is legal. But if I was going to write this, I'd bounce it off Laurel just to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. I did that when I wrote my noncon story because I used fear where the woman thought she was actually being assaulted until she realized it was her husband, knowing he would never hurt her.

At the very least a writer could include a few lines that maybe the lady thought it might not be who she thought it was that was inside her, and swooned at the luscious thought, depending on the point of view the story was written in, of course. Or maybe add a few extra lines of conversation afterwards saying how incredible the experience was.

Surely I am not theonly writer on here who has ever made my own story, and then a Lit version?

A writer could have easily fit within the Literotica Rules of Non-Consent and had the husband give the man some money for taking care of his wife, but in a surprising twist, also have the wife give the man money. In that way, both had paid the man to take her without the other knowing.

In a lot of ways, rules constrain us, but that is also when creativity occurs.
