Nobody likes the Constitution until they cannot make coherent point. Here is actually an interesting case since I'm not entirely sold on that clause in the 14th. But I don't see where in the Constitution it states that you lose the right to vote because you've committed a felony either. If you have enough felons in your country to sway an election you really need to start thinking about if your laws are just.

The Texas State Legislature, under the guidance of impeached-but-not-convicted Attorney General Kenneth Paxton, has been waiting for this Supreme Court decision to file their own disqualification legislation for Biden.
