I would go with the dutiful wife, the driven professional, and the slut. Each of the first two has a bit of the slut in them, and she's happy to fuck her husband, and her young intern in equal measure. But when the slut assumes control by itself, there's no telling where she'll end up.
That is a better name.

What if wife was a slut involuntarily? She was abducted at age 18 and brutally trained as a seduction agent for some kind of crime or spy ring. She was abused so horribly (no need to go into detail) that she was essentially brainwashed. When she met MC she wanted a new life so she changed her identity, appearance, etc. But they catch up with her and she flees in order to protect him.
He figures this out gradually as he backtracks through her life, interviewing her partners/victims. He doesn't know if she really love him. But he hopes. As he goes deeper into the plot, yes with the help of another former seduction agent, he has to engage in increasingly depraved sex acts... group sex, female bondage, sex with men. How far is he willing to go to save her? And if succeeds, will they be together or will he end up with the woman helping him? I would totally read that.

When I look at this idea I believe it should be developed from the end to the front.
The ultimate question asked at the beginning, which is to be answered at the end is:
A classic would be: Dutiful wife at home. High class escort when unobserved. This would give opportunity for many erotic scenes. Maybe Husband finds her appointment calendar and diary and checks with one client after another. Each one tells him of a special erotic encounter with his wife, but none knows where she is.
He finds out bit by bit, that there is a ring of rich and pervert men who hold sex slaves as captives for sex parties.
He is convinced that one of them did not tell the truth, kidnapped her in order to turn her into a sex slave for that ring. While he talks to the guy his wife is in the next room bound and gagged. Hears her husband, but can't call for help.
He reads her diary, that tell about the kinks of her clients. This helps him to tighten the net around one guy, where the story in the interview and the diary won't match.
He manages to get into that ring and invited to a party. There he finds his wife but can only get to her by fucking her in a kinky scenario. His wife can't see him, because she is blindfolded. But she recognizes him.
They flee and live happily ever after.

It does not have to be dark, with abduction/brainwashing. She could have just led a very kinky sex driven life. Gets married to settle down. But misses it and decides to go back. I like this. I would start the story here. And then as things progress add the rest of the backstory on how she felt sexually neglected and then fell down the proverbial rabbit hole after that. The wife gets chauffeured as a high-priced call girl and she's not paying attention to where they are going, taking a quick cat nap in the car.
She's beyond stunned when they pull up in front of her home. Before she can react her husband steps out on the front porch. He's wearing what she always loves him in. He's barefoot and bare-chested, in a pair of well-fitting blue jeans. He's smiling with a pair of handcuffs dangling from his index finger.
She gets out and walks onto the porch. "Tom, I umm ..." she stammers. He shushes her and takes her into the house, and inside she finds his two brothers. Twenty minutes later she's airtight and cumming her brains out. Her husband growls into her ear. "If you wanted to be used like a whore, all you had to do was ask."
