The Lit Census results are here!!
Bare with me as I post a few at a time along with the observations I made while compiling this information.
I wanted to mention a few things before we start.
- I had exactly 50 responses. Which is a lot! But not nearly close to the number of people on LIt, be they active or lurking. So while I think the results are interesting, I don't think they are the absolute word on Lit life. I would say that they are an accurate picture of people who like to participate.
- I did ask people to keep their answers brief, but some people did elaborate. And while I found some of your answers really interesting, when it came to making it a "data point", I did have to shrink some of your eloquent answers to just the yes or no that I needed.
- Thank you to everyone who took the time to do this. I thought it was fun and interesting. In the spirit of anonymity, the responses were deleted after I got all the answers so no one is going to be looking through them. And thank you to those of you who left sweet notes in your messages, I saw them even if I couldn't respond.
