There is a new book out called "1001 Ways to be Romantic" and it has now passed the 1.4 million copies sold. Thinking we are a rogues gallery of erotic and romantic writers of story and poem we could drive this 1001 passed that. ....so,

How about a private sunset picnic on a floating swim platform on a nice summers lake.:rose:

With a sailboat? :D

Love the idea. Here is mine.

A high end yacht with lovely state room, anchored in a private cove, the sun setting over the water. The grill alive with sizzling food (shrimp? fish? or possibly a nice steak). Perfectly chilled wine.
 
In tough economic times, what you do is stay home and obtain the food and beverage of your choice. But what you do is imagine you are somewhere else and surround yourself with items that would remind you of that place. So, instead of buying expensive concert tickets, get a dvd of that band or singer and watch it as if you were at the concert. Or, get a travelogue video of a place you have talked about going.

This shows thoughtfullness and creativity, which hopefully your mate will find attractive.

Naw. a rowboat out to the platform...skinny dipping and night under the moon and stars...yeppy nice way ...who needs a TV and movie.

Show up with a bouquet of hand picked flowers...not fancy ones, but natural ones that are just pretty.

I just did this yesterday and it got her all hot. Just a simple little note in her lunch pail that she didn't know about. Made all of her co-workers jelous.
 
to mirror an earlier post : nestled on the couch on a rainy day watching a dvd with take-out to dine on.

undress one another then bathe together
pack a sunset picnic and head for a secluded beach
french kiss in the rain
hold one another under the moon and stars
