We are of the 4th generation the year is now 2028, and all characters are aged between 20 and 30.

This is going to be set 4 months after the first founding, so all the character more or less know each other.

I'd like to snag 4'th generation Flash

Name: Jay Splitz
Age: 19
Species: Human
Powers: Splitting into multiple persons, very fast (not quite like the flash, just a lil slower), and phase shifting (moving through objects)
History: Jay was born of the 3rd generation of the Flash family, and enjoyed a normal childhood. at the age of 10, his powers activated and he relized he had super speed, but he wanted more. He then figured out, like his forefathers, how to phase shift and move through walls, and also learned something that no Flash has done before, split into multiple individuals. He surprized his family and told nooone his secret. He is a major flirt, much like the first Flash, and always is in some kind of trouble. As of now, the Justice Leaque hasn't paid him a visit, which was good for Jay...or so he thought.
