Cover Designs on Smashwords

Considering I've been drifting into dubcon and mind control in my writing, it's only a matter of time before I publish on smashwords.

I'm curious if anyone has had experience with what kinds of cover designs work well with Smashwords, and if they (like Amazon) have weird guidelines about what they'll put on there.

Amazon is uncomfortably strict, I suspect Smashwords is a bit more liberal?

The only experience I’ve had with censuring covers at Smashwords was this one (my publishers take care of the covers). This is the cover Amazon accepted for this book:






Smashwords made the publisher put a skirt on the warrior:

Smashwords doesn't give a crap about what you cover looks like, they do however have rules... yes, rules about covers if you want your work to be distributed to their affiliates.
