Need help with dialogue!!!

I tried my best to make sure my dialogue was good but I can't seem to get it just right. Any one willing to look over my piece and suggest and help and of course get partial credit for it. Any help at all will be great. I have read and re-read a million times the help page but I know What i need is right in front of my face and I just can't seem to catch it.
