I've got an idea. It's set on New Year's Eve 1999 in suburban NYC (in one of the outlying counties, like Westchester or Rockland, or even Long Island). (I chose that because of Y2K.)

The main character is a 18-year-old high school senior who's tall and overweight with brunette hair (if you want to imagine what she looks like, she's somewhat similar to how Debbie is described in completeexperience's story My High School SSBBW Stoners).
