I'm painfully shy. If I don't answer your PM it's probably more to do with me than it is with you.

I think of myself as being pretty smart and educated, but Dude, Where's My Car? is one of my favourite movies of all time.

I can dislocate my left shoulder at will. Useful for squeezing through tight spaces!

I have zero motivation this morning and I feel like a slug..

Energy be damned, I have too much to do around the house today to be a slug...

I like poetry, but find it difficult to read. I prefer to listen when it is read aloud.

I've picked up an interest in epic poems; Dante's Divine Comedy, Virgil's Aenid, and Homer's Iliad and Odyssey, and the like

I'm having eye surgery later this month. NOT looking forward to that.

I started watching Blacklist tonight, got three episodes in. I watched Sixteen Candles last weekend and it was cool to see how far James Spader has come along. He no longer has the pretty boy good looks but the pretentious badboy still works for him.
 
It was sad to read about Koalabear.

My RL is getting very hectic.

I think it's time to back away for a bit.

We just went to a really dumb tornado movie.

I'm glad we paid only matinee prices for the tickets.

Where I'm from, we shouldn't go to tornado movies...not because they're scary, but it's like watching ER when you really work in one...you can see the unrealistic parts too easily if it's not done well.

My ex has decided he can just stop paying the bills he agreed on in the decree. (Of course, he thinks getting engaged to his new girlfriend now that the ink is dry is a good idea, too)...mo-FUCKING-ron

I'm cruising around 'Murica.

I'm stalled in the southeastern part of 'Murica taking my Grams around.

My Grams is hunting for a senior living community that has seniors still living life. I admit hearing seniors talking about sex...Grams included...has me feeling awkward. :eek:
