While prostate massage takes a good chunk of the credit, I'd wager that building up for an hour, peaking multiple times, and generally maintaining a long-term arousal contributes to volume as well. However, even when I forego the build-up, there is a definite increase in volume. An alarming increase, a couple times. Well, relative to normal ejaculation volume.

Probably depends on method. A gentle massage would produce more semen at orgasm than a deeper massage since the deeper one would, as others posted, likely push out some semen prior to orgasm.

Oh, silly mee - I thought that I'd have to swim the north-west passage but if Lake Michigan is linked to the Mississippi then I can swim the short-cut via Panama and the Gulf - much quicker that way! Shall we say breakfast on Thursday??

I'm sure they are linked somewhere, but I still recommend the ultralight craft because the water's very cold, and I'm afraid that might delay things a bit at your ends. If you swam the north-west passage, you'd be missing parts important to the local scientific community by the time you arrived.
