I read this story a while ago and it’s suddenly stuck in my head but I can’t find it! If anyone recognizes this and wants to assure me I’m not crazy I would appreciate it 
So the story starts with a woman in an elevator going to work and an intimidating tattooed man gets in with her. Turns out the guy was on his way to murder someone in charge at the company and she is kidnapped bc he thinks she may talk. A bunch of stuff happens, somehow she is told she is this guy’s “luck” and he has to keep her close. She gets away but it turns out she’s pregnant and she hides away in some European village where she meets another man. The Yakuza finds her and try to fly her back home but the new man is a British Duke (I think?) with connections who is able to get her out and get the Yakuza leader arrested.
It’s heavy on the noncon and I’m pretty sure it was one long story? It may have been in parts but I don’t think it was… any help would be appreciated!! I just need to get it out of my head
