Are you drinking enough water?
I'm bad to get cramps in the arches of my feet, and a nutritionist told me it was because I'm slightly dehydrated when they hit.
Worth a try, drinking a little more water to get rid of 'em. Just a thought.

I just had to have the spouse change the channel. The Alcatraz television series was too hard to try and watch. It made me cry and I could easily keep crying if I think about it.
