Try something small at first .. just make sure you use lube and take your time. Slowly at first to allow for your hole to expand some. once its in ... ENJOY!!!!
Or get a couple of them try them out or once you get a small one in you may crave a larger version

buy a soft rubbery one and start small , use plenty of lube and take your time inserting it .
get bigger ones when you are used to wearing it and enjoy.x
