Editor Needed for Long-Running Sci-Fi Story

The story is called Double Helix, and I'm looking for an editor for the latest chapter and more if you are interested. My chapters run moderately long, the latest clocking in at 16.5k words.

I just read p1 of Double Helix Chap 1. Sentence structure is fine, good grammar.
The character Nissi said she "...was a musician before the band..." Based on context, the word 'ban' makes more sense.

My skills are as a copy VE. What I read was an intriguing storyline.
