Dominant mom and son power exchange

I have an idea of power play between mom and son. Mom is a single successful dominant lawyer. She is both confident and well off resulting in her power. Her son tries to peek at her naked body, she catches him and punishes him by spanking his bare ass. He is humiliated and decides to seek revenge. He finds out some dirt on his mom and blackmails her into submission.

This is just the basic storyline. I am envisioning this as multi part series which would also include side characters whose storyline would be woven into main story. The story would also have themes of BDSM spanking and humiliation.

Anyone interested can suggest interesting side characters like moms arch rival who witnesses her humiliation and takes part in it. Any suggestions concerning the plots and themes are also welcome.
 
I think this has a lot of potential. Some ideas and comments I have include:

His humiliation should probably be something more severe than having his bare ass spanked because that is too inconsequential for him to want to seek revenge. I would say it must be something that his friends discovers or sees.

Regarding the story arc, I would say the sons digs up dirt that unravels more and more shady details about his mom's past and work. It would stretch back to her early part of life down to her current job. After each discovery, he would use it to blackmail/humiliate her but along the way, discovers even more. For example,
- Son discovers that she use to be an escort and sugarbaby to pay for law school
- She got hired into a top law firm because one of the men she was seeing was a partner there
- Because her boss knew she use to be an escort, she was used in helping him with the shadier clients they had at the firm like setting up companies to hide cash for clients, etc.
- Her boss ropes her in on a secret group of lawyers that deal with insider trading. She was able to get a cut in some of the deals and that's how she was able to live more lavishly like sending the son to a private college, etc.

Mom's arch nemesis is her competitor at work, Kate. They both despise each other. So for moms total humiliation she has to submit to her arch nemesis. Thus making her submission both mental as well as physical.
Any other ideas??

Dominate the mother

If the son is going to end up domineering the mother then he has to force her to entertain his mates.
 
Another side character

How about the firm for which mom works for actually belongs to her mother. And she learns that her daughter has squandering the name of the firm and she also participates in her humiliation. Give me ur honest opinions and as usual any suggestions are welcome.
 
Narrative v Conversation

My personal opinion is that conversation is more erotic than narrative. To have her constantly being ordered, told she is a slut, told to eat cum and lick out arseholes through conversation is more effective.
Also to have people discussing her as if she were just an object for them to use.

* District Attorney or congressional counsel -- a political animal, plays for keeps.
* Mafiya defense attorney, expert at keeping her slimy vicious clients out of jail.
* Cynical environmental / social justice advocate who secretly despises liberals.
* Sincere environmental / social justice advocate, expertly gaming the system.

The dom/sub roles play out very differently depending on context. Who uses whom? Are their games private or strategic? Who else is/are involved? And of course, how does the story end?

Well you do bring about a good point. But the mom son thing has to be the center. The lawyer thing is needed to fuel the power exchange part. And yeah we should concetrate on it also. Lets take her character(lets say sarah) who is a brutal and crushing corporate lawyer but she has political aspirations too. Her son finds out something she has done which can damge her political image. So to save her political career and indeed gain more power she decides to relinquish her personal freedom to her son.

So this can add a little irony to the story and emphasize the power exchange part.

As we head deeper and deeper into the story with subsequent chapters we can introduce the political games mother and son play on each other to gain the upper hand both in politics and sex.
What do you think? As usual honest opinions are welcome
 
Any other suggestions folks!!!! Anything you would like to add or expand upon the basic template. Tell me where would you like this story headed.

My thought: He discovers he is the product of an incestuous mating between his mother and her full-blooded twin brother. HE is the living proof.

Now he understands why his uncle used to treat him with SUCH incredible love and kindness and gave him so much.

He decides that if she can have one incestuous child, she will have more with him.
 
I like the idea that the mom’s mom started the firm. The grandmother is the most domineering and the daughter is most determined not to embarrass her or face her wrath. She has mommy issues. I like the idea that she’s an uber confident powerhouse. I like the idea best when the mom never loses the uber confident powerhouse vibe but still ends up doing all the slutty tasks anyway. Talking shit in an eternal cat and mouse battle that she continually loses.

The fun part is trying to come up with the humiliating chores and have them be semi-original. And finding a way to not have her completely destroyed in unfun misogyny.

I have written a story with similar sensibilities about a MILF and younger man, just not her true son so many people seem to enjoy.
