It does make me look a bit pink, doesn't it? I have another pic, straddling a seal (well, doesn't everyone do that on holiday? :D), taken not five minutes later, and I don't look pink at all :confused: Maybe I should post that for, er, comparison... :D

(Luggage is tricky, isn't it? You have to get used to the change in handling. I always feel immensely cross for the first couple of hours because it's just so heavy. And then I stop noticing and resume my usual sunny disposition. :D)

Numi, purely in the interests of research and a more complete rambling on face sitting I will, reluctantly but honourably, be an inexperienced sittee for you to try and report back on the findings ;) :kiss:

(Luggage was kept to a bar bag and a saddlebag, credit card touring they call it apparently!)

As an inexperienced sittee, though, I think we should familiarise you with the, er, 'terrain' first in a more traditional setting *grins*

(And let me say, I am NEVER towing a tent on my bike, oh no. A credit card is heavy enough, thank you. :))

A familiarisation of the 'terrain' sounds eminently sensible, I wouldn't want to be so inexperienced that I let myself down. What traditional setting do you have in mind, and will I need any special 'equipment'? 'Innocently whistles'

(Did the tent thing a long time ago... hard work but my legs were a bit younger!)

No, just bring yourself :) Although, now I come to think about it, when someone invites you and says that, the "and a good bottle of red, and maybe some flowers. Or chocolates." is sort of implied *waits expectantly*.

That's a very good picture Numi and it's very obvious you really did get a very good tan while on holiday. And I love whimsical candid's people take of one another while enjoying themselves just being in the moment.

Thank you! The seal sculpture thing was metal, and had been in the sun so it was rather hot, had to snap quickly!
