I have to confess that mine are getting softer and rounder by the day here! Too many gorgeous things to eat 
I'm happy to wear stockings in hot weather if I'm going to a cool place, but I'm use to wearing boots with them. Need to find some nice walkable shoes.
Walkable shoes are the best (although some fashion outlets might try to convince otherwise).
Having said that. it's amazing how even the highest heels can become walkable after a few glasses of wine. That's how it looked to me, anyway.
