“I am writing you to ask you why, when the law of the land is crystal clear, is your office not arresting the New Black Panthers for hate crimes?” the family member wrote to Holder.

“The Zimmerman family is in hiding because of the threats that have been made against us, yet the DOJ has maintained an eerie silence on this matter. These threats are very public. If you haven’t been paying attention just do a Google search and you will find plenty. Since when can a group of people in the United States put a bounty on someone’s head, circulate Wanted posters publicly, and still be walking the streets?”

The New Black Panthers have issued ultimatums to the Sanford authorities, saying they want Zimmerman arrested “dead or alive.”

The "hate" crime stuff is baloney, but putting a "bounty" on people is a serious crime. This issue should be addressed, why is it being ignored?

Zimmerman is having a good game. Nats are beating the Mets 5-1, top of the 8th.

If you don't think they are being monitored you are a bigger fool than you make yourself out to be.

I will donate $100 to the bounty.

Why aren't I arrested?

Where are you getting the "Dead or Alive" part? Their website specifically says "capture" and that's what's been reported in the legit news outlets.

Because they are being protected by the AG. It's okay for them to put out a contract on someone in a matter of race. What else could it be?

What does the AG have to do with it? There are several levels of law enforcement that could act regardless of his approval.

Zimmerman is a stand your ground kind of guy. He wasted the last guy who came at him. What's he worried about now?

Good point, Mr. Bronze. He will be defending his life. What is missing, (for Zimmerman) is the element of surprise.

The original decision to not pursue the voter intimidation charges against the NBP was made at his level and it was so testified to before Congress.

And that has nothing at all to do with this case.

Does the AJ in Washington usually make arrests?
