Zade's Got a Brand New Job!

It's like this - I'm in the process of applying for The Dream Job. It's going to take time, and at the moment I'm just doing a temporary job with hours that vary. In other words, I might get loads of work one week and not much the next.

But now I've been offered an every day job... and they're perfectly happy that I'll be taking days off for interview... and might turn around one day and say I'll be working someplace else the next

This is cool!

The party begins now! I just shut myself in the greenhouse, closed all the doors and windows and had a smokathon. When I opened the door and stepped out, I was surrounded by a cloud of smoke. It was cross between some kind of religious scene, and a scene out of Saving Grace.

My next move is to streak naked from the house... because I can

That sounds insanely interesting. Good luck with the new job and have fun. Above all, congratulations on the dream job, many people don't get to have that in their lives at all and you are insanely lucky to be at that point in your life.

I know how the interview process goes when it comes to charming days. I absolutely rule during that process, and of course it'll help if the interviewer is female.

It is definitely worth a go if it's your dream job and you're in the position to be able to give it a go in the first place. I wish you all the luck in the world. So, cigarette education coming from a smoker? That should definitely get interesting.

Oh bull. haven't you figured it out yet? The working world is full of people who think they are underqyalified for their job and think it's just a matter of time before they're found out. You'll fit right in.

Never worry about being underqualified. Most of the people you work with will turn out to be incompetent as well as unqualified. Just keep at it and keep learning.

As for scanty business wear... I don't really care what I wear, but I don't do shoes. Never, ever. I own one pair of kick ass boots with a proper heel and a toe narrow enough to squeeze through someone's sphincter when I'm kicking ass, but the rest of the time it's skate shoes.
