Plain they don't realy taste like much but thats why you put stuff in them like butter and some salt. Bacon is good too and seasoned taco cheese is one of my favorites.

You can make them thicker or thinner depending on how much water you add but the actually grit itself is much smaller then an oatmeal flake.
