I was made aware of one of my stories There's Betrayal and THERE's BETRAYAL appearing as an audio book on the Crazy Pepper stories site. Apart from the introduction, the whole story is mine with no changes. I am fighting YouTube's unwillingness to remove it as they fear my claim is fraudulent.
While looking through the videos on the site, I recognised many were identical to those I have read on this site. I can't remember the writers and don't have the time presently to use some of the lines and search the stories on here to alert the writers.
Please check out this site if you can for your works.

I wouldn't know how to begin looking for my story on YouTube, and I wouldn't think that I'd want to battle YouTube rather than make a statement in the comments that, "I wrote this and didn't give permission for anyone to use it. So remove this at once. I'm certain you don't want my lawyers involved." But then I'm not registered there.

I would add to NoTalentHack's advice. They are asking for the details of when I wrote the story and to add the timestamp on the video of the stolen material. Basically, it is the whole video bar the introductory advert. They did remove some descriptive text but names, staging and everything else was directly from my story. Some changes to American sensitivities, "freshman" rather than 1st year college, promiscuous rather than whore.

Have now received a reply stating the story has been removed. I have confirmed that but there are other Literotica stories still on their channel. The process is not that difficult but take your time replying to the questions. More initial information would have helped me I think.

Update: Bad.

Crazypepperstories's owner Dawid Wellz launched a complaint my request was incorrect as they do all their own work from concept to production. Apart from removing descriptive text, it was word for word almost. YouTube gave me 10 US business days to prove it was mine by way of raising a claim against Crazypeppersstories who are based in Poland or they would reinstate the video. CPS submission included they had previously beaten off two other copyright cases against them. The only submission YouTube will accept is my claim in a copyright court. In my case, it would be too expensive to go through the Court of Session in Scotland. It leaves me to claim at Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) in London or Manchester. There are two claim limit, either for £10000 or £500000 with expenses capped. I asked YouTube how much CPS made from my story but they did not reply. I pointed out the discrepancies in his argument (through his solicitor) I have received notification YouTube have reinstated the video.
Like many I use Google but I'm about to make all my actions non-Google in the future.

I did reach out to Literotica for advice and assistance as according to them, my publishing with them "granted them the right to enforce the copyright on my story." Initially I was told to look at NoTalentHack's advice. I've had no reply to my last email.

I'm contemplating removing all my stories from Literotica which will no doubt please many.

I had similar, one of mine appeared on another YT channel full of Lit based stories. Followed NoTalentHacks advise and like yourself, the owner fought back, in their counter claim stated that the work was based on several copyright stories they may have read on various sites, primarily being Reddit. The story was almost word for word, the same, less than one percent at a guess although the Whole story followed mine to a T.

This individual is in the Ukraine. Even sent me an "anon" email stating they took great pleasure to issue their standard counter-claim as it seems they know most of us won't chase them through court. But I am chasing, in a few days he will find that I am now pursuing for the theft of my work via the legal system in Ukraine, and will happily do the same elsewhere around the world. YT don't give a rats arse, tried countless times to deal with them. Will keep you informed as this rolls along.

I didn’t receive an email from you. The feedback system here is not great for sending, well, feedback. Ping me in DMs here on the board.
