Seeing the beauty in oneself comes from seeing who you are through non-judgemental eyes. Seeing the beauty in others is done the same. Take away the bias of the mind and let the heart guide the thoughts of them. They are beautiful people and only recognizing their beauty, will allow them to understand their beauty that exists inside them.
