I was lying at peace near the end of my yoga session yesterday when my mind was struck by a phrase in the reading..

"as you lie in the presence of the nonjudgmental witness..."

It has stayed with me. It has caused me to wonder if that is what I could become for myself - and what a wonderful thing it would be to become that for another.

and so I wanted to share it with you -

"may you lie in the presence of the nonjudgmental witness"
