Your views on enemas

I know that some people at Lit have admittedly given themselves enemas as a prelude to having anal sex, and it got me to thinking...

Although I've never given nor gotten one, I'm fascinated by the idea of getting an enema. I have never had a partner bring up the idea of giving me one. I'm too embarrassed to ask, either.

I would like to know: who here enjoys getting or giving enemas as part of a sexual act? If you are the receiver, would you prefer getting it from your partner, or doing it yourself?

Does anyone here do it for health purposes as well?

I've also heard that if you get them too often, it can eventually ruin your bodies' ability to evacuate on its own. Does anyone here know how often is healthy enough to have it done, without hurting your body?

I find enemas erotic and wonderfull...................I'm not the least bit into shit or anything that has to do with it but I love anal and am a bdsm'er ........

I think it also is one of the most trusted things you can do it to let someone give you one, or give each other one before play time.

Something you can do for each other to make sure your both nice and clean......

Personally, I don't find enemas particularly erotic. They remind me of work. It doesn't bother me that other people enjoy them, though.

You do need to be careful about frequency (i.e. don't do it every day). As they say, moderation in all things.

Chronic overuse of enemas and laxatives is associated with constipation and a few other health problems.
